☆12. Chapter 12: Something Happened to Fu's Father

Chapter 12 Father Fu is in trouble

Fu Yuling chose the right time as she also had to go pick up He Qiu.

On the way back, I came across a few candy stalls and bought some without hesitation.

There are children in the house, so these things are very necessary.

But before she reached her destination, people who saw her on the road all looked at her with sympathy, and even their previous disgust was put aside.

I felt uneasy and my route became a place to go to get things done.

He Wen and He Xuan must have been picking some grass in the fields to make a living at this time, so they were easy to find.

When we arrived, we saw He Wen and He Xuan squatting quietly in a corner pulling weeds on the ground.

In his mind was still the pity those people had shown him just now, and the next second he thought of Mr. and Mrs. Fu.

Seeing that He Wen and He Xuan hadn't noticed him, Fu Yuling turned and ran towards Fu's mother's house.

When I entered, it was empty, with no one in the room.

"Dad! Mom!"

After calling out several times and hearing no one answer, Fu Yuling hurried to where his father worked.

After about ten minutes, she finally arrived. She didn't see anyone there and was about to leave when someone called her.

"Are you not the daughter of that person?"

The man tried to think, "What's Fu's name?"

Fu Yuling mentioned Fu's father's name, and the man suddenly realized, "Yes, you should go to the hospital to see your father! He fell from the fifth floor, and in the future..."

He didn't finish the rest of his words because Fu Yuling had already run far away.

This place is a long way from the hospital, and I must have run to get there on my own.

But relying on the original owner's popularity, it would be good if others didn't spit on him when they saw him. No one would lend him an ox cart.

Just as she was panicking, a familiar-looking person came up on an old bicycle.

Fu Yuling narrowed his eyes, thinking that this person was just here to deliver goods to him.

As the person got closer, the other person obviously saw her.

"You're here just in time. Lead the way. I'll take you back."

The young man parked next to her, looking a bit unruly, with a few large bags hanging from the back of his car, which occasionally made squeaking sounds.

"Anything else?"

The boy leaned back a bit. Although he didn't know why she asked him that, he answered honestly, "Nothing! I'll go back to eat after I drop you off."

Fu Yuling pulled the man down and threw him a dollar.

"I'll lend you my car for a while and return it to you tomorrow."

“Hey hey hey…”

Before the boy could say anything, Fu Yuling had already ridden away.

Coming to his senses, the boy yelled, "You are stealing! I can call the police to arrest you."

No matter how he continued to mess around, Fu Yuling wouldn't be able to hear him.

After a minute, the boy stood there numbly, seeming to accept the fact.

Then the next second she suddenly started to cry, "Is it true that evil deeds will be punished? I just borrowed this car from my friend! But he spent two dollars to lend it to me..."

“I just rode it a bit…”

The boy stretched out a hand with a few scratches on it, from where he fell on the way here.

Seeing this, I feel even more wronged.

It was getting dark, and the boy was still on the road, no matter how fast he hurried. It was almost pitch black in front of him. When he saw the lights on the street, he almost cried.

He had already given up doing business with that man, so how could he go back and explain himself now?

He was at a loss for a moment. Then he caught a glimpse of the ditch on the ground and an idea popped into his mind.

When he appeared at the door of his home, the boy was wet all over, smelled foul, and even had some unknown garbage hanging on his head. The door was opened and then closed again in an instant.

A low quarrel could be heard from inside.

"That's your son, go and open it."

"That's your baby, go and open it."

The two quarreled for a while, and ended with one voice saying, "You're too brave."
