☆20. Chapter 20: No Money Left

Chapter 20: Money Gone

Riding the car he had robbed, Fu Yuling rushed to the hospital.

There are more people during the day, so she locked her car to an iron bar to prevent it from being stolen.

After all, it is not yours, and you will have to pay for it if you lose it.

What she didn't know was that she was seen by a woman when she rode out on her bike early in the morning, and then the story spread here and there, soon sparking discussion among all the villagers.

The topic has always centered around Fu Yuling.

When Fu Yuling went up, she almost bumped into someone when turning a corner. Fortunately, she reacted in time and pushed him away so that she did not come into contact with him.

It was a person wearing a brown long gown. When looking at the face, there were many dirt stains on it, but Fu Yuling still found out at the first moment that this person was a girl.

Because this person's wrists are thin and some parts of his neck are so white that they are dazzling.

Fu Yuling passed by him without taking it to heart and walked straight to Fu's father's ward.

The patient next to Mr. Fu was surrounded by his relatives, who were concerned about him.

Compared to this side, Mr. Fu was relatively quiet. Fu Qi was sleeping unsteadily on the side, but he didn't wake up either.

Mrs. Fu is not here. She must have gone out to buy breakfast.

Mrs. Fu doesn't care much about money. As long as the money is spent properly, she won't care that much.

Father Fu saw her the first time, and his eyes were dark, probably because he hadn't slept all night.

Seeing that Mr. Fu seemed to want to see him for something, Fu Yuling put down his things and walked over.

"Dad, what's wrong?"

"Lingling! There's a jar in the drawer of your room at home. The money is in it. Use it first. If it's not enough, dad will give you more later."

While he was speaking, Mr. Fu looked as if he had aged a few years and was weak.

Of course she understood what Mr. Fu meant. He simply knew that he had paid for her medical expenses and was worried that she wouldn't be able to make ends meet.

The jar that Mr. Fu mentioned must contain all the family's belongings, and she would definitely not want it.

"Dad, what are you talking about? I have my own money, so don't worry about it."

Mr. Fu looked unconvinced. Fu Yuling touched her pocket and looked unhappy. The more than one yuan she had put in her pocket was gone.

Her memory suddenly turned to the person disguised as a man just now, and she snorted softly, her money was not so easy to take.

She had no choice but to take out a few hundred yuan from the space and secretly show it to Father Fu.

"Dad, I have my own money, don't worry about me. Just get well first."

When Mr. Fu saw the red papers, he was so scared that he quickly covered them with his hands and looked around.

"Don't let anyone see us," Mr. Fu hesitated, "Where did you get this money?"

She had already thought of her words when she received the two thousand yuan.

"Dad, some of this is what I earned recently, and some of this is what Jingsi sent me over the years."

"You! Don't worry, I made you some soup, I promise you'll get better soon."

After saying that, Fu Yuling went to get a bowl to serve soup to Fu's father.

When he turned around, the bowl in his hand was snatched away by someone. It was Fu Qi.

He must have just woken up, his eyes were still a little hazy, and the dark circles under his eyes were similar to those of his father Fu.

"I'll take it. Have you eaten it?"

Unexpectedly, Fu Qi cared about her, and Fu Yuling answered truthfully.

"Yes, I brought it especially for you. There are some steamed buns in the basket, take them too."

When Fu's mother came back, she was holding some buns in her hands. She was puzzled when she saw that they were already eating, until she saw Fu Yuling.

"Why are you here so early? Your brother and I are here, so you don't have to come here so early in the morning."
