【148】Cang Wolf Pattern

【148】Cang Wolf Pattern

The pirates were so frightened that they trembled all over. Most of the drunkenness disappeared in an instant and their faces turned as pale as paper.

They looked at Mo Yanchen in horror, their legs softening as they fell to their knees with a thud, kowtowed profusely, and begged for mercy: "Brother, please spare us! Brother, please spare us! We...we were just confused for a moment..."

Mo Yanchen snorted coldly, and the anger in his eyes seemed to burn them to ashes.

He slowly raised his hand and waved it gently. The men behind him immediately understood and stepped forward to drag the pirates out.

Mo Yanchen's face was as gloomy as water. He followed behind step by step. Every step seemed to step on everyone's heart, making people tremble with fear.

When I came to the deck, the sea breeze blew by, but it couldn't blow away the heavy and murderous atmosphere.

The man stood with his hands behind his back, his posture as straight as a pine or cypress, casting a cold shadow in the moonlight.

The pirates were thrown to the ground and kept kowtowing and begging for mercy, their voices trembling: "Brother, we won't dare to do it again! Please forgive us this time!"

There was no trace of pity in Mo Yanchen's eyes. He looked at them coldly, as if he was looking at a bunch of ants.

Suddenly, he pulled out the dagger from his waist. The blade flashed with an icy light in the moonlight, which made people shudder.

Before the pirates could react, Mo Yanchen flashed by like a black lightning.

In an instant, blood splattered, and the screams of the pirates stopped abruptly, and they opened their eyes wide.

He fell to the ground with horror on his face, and until his death he could not believe that his elder brother would be so decisive.

Mo Yanchen stood in place, the knife in his hand dripping with blood, looking particularly eerie and terrifying in the moonlight.

His eyes remained icy as he scanned the men around him. His voice was low but full of warning: "If anyone dares to do this again, this will be the end. Throw them all into the sea to feed the fish!"

Everyone was so frightened that they lowered their heads and dared not breathe. A deathly silence filled the entire deck.

After handling all of this, Mo Yanchen instructed Mr. Sun again: "As soon as the boat docks, send them away and make sure everyone is safe."

"Yes, boss." Mr. Sun bowed his head.

The faint light of morning light gently sprinkled on the coastline, dispelling the last trace of haze in the night.

The boat slowly approached the shore, making a dull friction sound, as if it was the end of this thrilling story that night.

Mo Yanchen stood at the bow of the boat, his posture still stern, his black robe dancing in the wind.

He stared at his busy men as they brought Su Xueer and the others ashore.

The look in his eyes was as calm as an ancient well, yet it concealed a certain depth.

The moment Su Xueer stepped onto the land, she took a deep breath of the free air, feeling mixed emotions.

Mu Qingyao beside her gently tugged at her sleeve, her eyes full of apology and concern: "Doctor Su, please leave quickly, go far away, and don't come back to Weicheng."

Su Xueer showed a relieved smile: "Madam Mu, you are kind-hearted and will definitely be rewarded. Your asthma will definitely get better if you take the medicine regularly as I instructed."

Mu Qingyao nodded.

The two of them finished talking.

Each embarked on a different direction.

Su Xueer's figure gradually walked away and blended into the hustle and bustle of the city.

She walked with firm steps and hurried to the hunter's house to see how badly Chi Rui was injured.

On the boat, after Mo Yanchen finished dealing with the follow-up matters, he walked across the deck.

Suddenly, his eyes were attracted by a strange color in the garbage dump.

It was a kite with a pattern of a gray wolf painted on it, standing out among the cluttered garbage.
