Chapter Thirty-Two: Private Space

The advertising representative glanced at Gu Shaojin's expression and lowered his head, feeling utterly hopeless.

They all know how picky this boss is.

How could a proposal be approved on the first try?

You're overthinking it.

"Is it my turn next?" Ming Jiayi asked Gu Shaojin.

“Speak,” Gu Shaojin replied directly.

"Yuntang Heshe's main target customers are people from the upper class. What do these people lack most? It's not comfort, it's not warmth, it's not the feeling of home, and it's certainly not a property without worries."

"Because other houses can do the same thing. It can't be our unique selling point," Ming Jiayi analyzed logically.

"The important point," Gu Shaojin said impatiently.

"Don't rush," Ming Jiayi smiled and continued.

"What they lack most is private space. In this internet age, with technology developing rapidly, it seems that everyone is being observed and spied on at all times."

Many people may have this problem. Therefore, we can highlight the privacy of Yuntang Heshe.

My main idea for this shoot was that, as a public figure, staying at Yuntang Heshe would give me more private space and would prevent my private life from being affected.

It also highlighted how excellent Yuntang Heshe's security system was, ensuring that my personal information and surveillance footage of my activities within the Yuntang Heshe premises would not be disclosed.

Ming Jiayi quickly voiced her thoughts, and soon the staff from the advertising and publicity departments all looked at Gu Shaojin.

This suggestion is indeed good; at least it's more novel than their ideas.

Gu Shaojin's eyebrows and eyes gradually relaxed.

"Private space? And there's surveillance footage? That alone makes it far from private," Gu Shaojin retorted coldly.

He couldn't deny that Ming Jiayi's idea was indeed better than the other two. Many public figures don't actually like to make their private lives public.

They may be able to guarantee privacy, but even the best-laid plans can have flaws.

If they rely on this to attract attention, then if their rival companies send people to infiltrate and deliberately leak personal information, amplifying the impact online, then the sales volume and market price of Yuntang Heshe will immediately drop.

Gu Shaojin wanted absolute certainty. He wouldn't do anything with even the slightest flaw.

“Private space refers to the private space within a personal home. For example, we can use one-way transparent glass in the design of windows,” Ming Jiayi answered earnestly.

“Yes, we can also install a more robust security system, as shown in the promotional video,” said the advertising representative.

"Let's include it in idea one," Gu Shaojin said quickly and coldly.

Ming Jiayi smiled and looked up to continue looking at the PPT content on the projector.

6:50 p.m.

The group finally agreed on the final filming plan.

Based on Ming Jiayi's suggestion, and incorporating postmodern high-tech editing techniques, the design reflects the modernity, rationality, and humanization of Yuntang Heshe, providing residents with a private, warm, comfortable, and worry-free home.

Gu Shaojin adjourned the meeting.

Ming Jiayi obediently stayed where she was and didn't move.

I promised to stay an extra hour, and I will.

"We'll be filming at 8 a.m. sharp tomorrow. Miss Wangming, please don't be late again." Gu Shaojin said, then stood up and walked out the door.
