I want to shut down the zither.
"Hiss, it hurts." Yan Chan took away the arm that was covering his eyes, and the sunlight strongly occupied his eyes. She woke up slowly on the soft couch, and the pain gradually disappeared.
She opened her eyes with a frown, and gradually regained consciousness. She realized that she seemed to have been awakened by pain, and hurriedly checked the wound.
The wound is fine, so where does the pain come from? Is this a dream? Maybe I fell on the table and got crushed... Yan Chan thought so, not realizing that she was no longer on the table.
"Hey, why am I here?" Yan Chan propped herself up and sat up, looking at the couch under her in confusion. She pressed it with her palm and felt the familiar soft touch. It was definitely her couch.
Yan Chan was puzzled, "Could it be that I was sleepwalking?"
Forget it...I'd better go out and take a look first.
I don't know when the window was opened. A breeze blew by, and a corner of the paper pressed down by the paperweight curled up. Unfortunately, all that was left was a corner of clothes that had been hurriedly left.
"Uncle Chen, are you up?" Yan Chan walked over with his hands behind his back and a smile on his face.
"Yeah." His rising tone showed that he was in a good mood.
"What are you doing sitting here?" Yan Chan looked over suspiciously, only to see Uncle Chen reading a book for the first time.
God knows that since she met Uncle Chen, she has never seen him touch a book, let alone read it. It's really like the sun rising from the west.
"Nonsense, of course I'm reading." His deep voice came from behind.
"Little Yan, what are you doing standing at the door?" Uncle Chen held the scroll seriously and turned to look at Yan Chan's back. Most of the light outside the door was blocked by her.
"I'm looking to see if the sun rises from the west." Yan Chan teased, turning around and making a face at him.
"You little rascal, you have no respect for your parents." Shujuan hit her on the head with a "bang".
"By the way, where is Guan Zheng?" Yan Chan turned left and right but couldn't see her, and spoke with great confusion in his heart.
"Who?" Uncle Chen asked knowingly.
"Guan Zheng, that's the girl I carried back last night."
"Oh~ She~ is gone." Uncle Chen drank a glass of water slowly, shook the half-held scroll, and said meaningfully, but the last sentence was said particularly straightforwardly.
If he had a beard, he would probably stroke it three times.
"Gone?" Upon hearing this, Yan Chan stopped and looked at Uncle Chen in surprise.
"Yes, let's go." Uncle Chen glanced in her direction and grinned.
"Uncle Chen, do you know where she went?" Yan Chan walked quickly to Uncle Chen and asked anxiously.
"What? Do you have something to ask him?"
"No...it's okay. Her injury hasn't healed yet. She injured her leg and it was inconvenient for her to walk. How could she leave..." She was a little incoherent, and no one knew what she was saying. Yan Chan cleared her throat and glanced to the side unnaturally, a little absent-minded.
"It's getting late, let's get to work!"
"Ah, oh." Yan Chan was stunned for a moment and stood up. His eyes fell on Uncle Chen and he quickly responded.
"Bang, bang, bang." The hammering sounds rang out regularly. Yan Chan rolled up his sleeves and hammered the red-hot iron hard with a hammer in his hand.
"Hey, come back to your senses, your fingers were almost broken." Uncle Chen quickly grabbed her arm and spoke quickly.
"Uncle Chen... I'm so sorry, I broke this piece of iron." Yan Chan's face was full of apology, and his eyes were full of self-blame.
"It's okay, it's just a piece of iron. At worst, you can start over. But you, what's wrong with you today?" Uncle Chen stared at her profile and saw that she looked absent-minded.
"Look at you, you're so absent-minded." Uncle Chen paused, then narrowed his eyes and said slowly, "Oh~ Ever since I told you this morning that little girl Guan Zheng left, you've been like this!!"
"What, do you miss me?"
"Can you be a little more promising?"
"They've been gone for a while, it's too late for you to catch up now."
"Besides, you don't even know where to chase."
Uncle Chen chattered on and on.
Just saying things that make people want to die...
"I'm not... I'm not thinking about her, I just..."
"I'm just worried that his injury hasn't healed yet~" Uncle Chen has some yin and yang skills.
"I'm going back to my room." Yan Chan turned around and ran away quickly, letting the endless sound of the wind pour into his ears, as if he would not be able to hear it that way.
"Hey! Hey! Running so fast, tsk, this kid." Uncle Chen looked at her gradually leaving back with a look of disgust and sighed.
Sitting back on the couch, Yan Chan covered her face with one hand and supported herself on her legs. There was an indescribable emotion in her heart that always made her feel very strange. She couldn't figure out what this feeling was, she just felt a blockage in her heart.
She sighed deeply, stood up and walked to the desk. Just as she was about to write something to calm her mind, she found the letter Guan Zheng left for her.
The wind blew up one corner of it, and it was swaying playfully.
The letter expressed her endless gratitude. Yan Chan did not blink even once until she read the last line. Her fingers unconsciously clenched the paper, and she tore a corner of the paper because of the excessive force.
"May you be well and healthy."
There were also a few words written crookedly, with large ink smudges, and she couldn't recognize them even after looking at them many times.
Next to it was a jade pendant of good quality, which was her thank you gift.
After reading the letter, Yan Chan felt empty inside and she sat down in a daze.

Guan Zheng wandered aimlessly down the street, the dazzling array of goods disappearing one by one from her sight. She looked up and suddenly realized the streets before her were all exactly the same, as if she had walked them many times before...
"What's wrong? I feel dizzy." Guan Zheng stroked her head and shook it vigorously, "Where is this?" She clearly remembered falling asleep on the desk last night. When she regained consciousness, she saw herself writing something, which seemed to be a letter. The words "good luck and health" vaguely emerged in her mind... She recalled that she seemed to be trying hard to write down something... and then she had no memory.
"Why is everything spinning around..." Guan Zheng fell to the ground with a look of pain on her face. The cold touch kept her awake for a moment, and she shook the bell with trembling hands.
"Ding-ling." A black feather flew from somewhere, stuck to the end of Guan Zheng's hair, and was quickly blown to the ground.
The surrounding scene finally stopped rotating, and black feathers began to fall from the sky.
Guan Zheng looked up at the feathers flying in the sky, and fear inexplicably emerged in her eyes. Suddenly, a feather happened to fall into her eyes, and she blinked rapidly.
The moment the feathers no longer blocked her vision, Guan Zheng saw a man in black with his entire face covered by a mask standing in front of her. She was frightened and quickly moved back, looking at him vigilantly.
The smiley mask stared at people in a creepy way. Guan Zheng noticed that his exposed hands were black and purple, with blue veins running through them that were particularly obvious.
His nails were not pink like those of a living person, but were black and long, like a monster in a storybook.
Guan Zheng swallowed nervously, her pupils contracted instantly, and her body trembled uncontrollably.
She stared at his movements while waiting for an opportunity to escape. When the moment was right, she suddenly stood up and ran backwards quickly. The pain in her legs was forgotten by her. She ran faster and faster, not knowing where to go. She just wanted to leave this place of trouble as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, she was caught before she could run far, and a puff of black smoke hit her from behind.
She staggered and fell to the ground with a loud thud. She groaned and felt the wound on her leg hurt even more. Perhaps the wound had broken open, but she didn't have time to care.
With a "bang", something fell out of her body. Guan Zheng endured the scratches and bleeding marks on her palms and propped herself up to look.
It's a ghost token!
When did this thing get on her body again?
Then everything made sense. Guan Zheng's mind raced. What she was facing wasn't a monster at all, but a ghost from Fengdu Ghost Market!
Guan Zheng still couldn't believe that the ghost that existed in the legend and was used to deceive children actually existed.
The man in black from the day before yesterday is not in the same group as this ghost! !
Fengdu Ghost Market has long been eyeing me...
Why is that...
Could it be...!
By the time Guan Zheng realized what was happening, it was already too late. Her consciousness gradually blurred, her eyelids became heavier, and the world turned black. She forced herself to shake the bell in her hand, but she didn't hear the "ding-ling" sound. In the very end, she only remembered that she was lifted up into the air.
The man in black picked up Guan Zheng with one hand and the ghost token on the ground with the other.
He raised the token forward, and a black vortex suddenly appeared.
Dark green air seeped out, he stretched his shoulders comfortably, and stepped in with a flash.
