Old Lady Yun stopped there, not continuing, but smiling as she picked up another fried dumpling from the plate and handed it to Yun Ling.
Yunling quickly stuffed the remaining bits of fried dough into her mouth, chewing as she took the one her mother-in-law handed her.
"Grandma, why don't you finish what you're saying? You're just like a storyteller in a tavern or teahouse, who stops abruptly at the important part and says, 'To find out what happens next, please listen to the next episode.'"
Old Lady Yun glanced at Yun Ling and said, "What do you know, you little brat?"
