Chapter 33: Summoning Spirits

"Did you find anything?"

Cen Xiu asked them with his hands in his pockets. Although he was asking everyone, his eyes were always on Yu Li.

Yu Li just glanced at him lazily and said simply, "No."

No mention of the photograph.

Jiang Xi and Hou Liang also shook their heads when they saw this: "No, we just took some photos of the classroom."

A trace of disappointment flashed across Cen Xiu's eyes, but he then composed himself and signaled Ke Yulong to turn on the camera and take a picture of him.

"Okay, everyone. The time is now 11 o'clock in the evening. We have roughly toured the campus, but found nothing." He took out his mobile phone, searched Baidu time and handed it to the audience. This is a must-have for paranormal bloggers, in case some viewers say that they are faking it.

"It's almost twelve o'clock. People on the Internet say that someone will die at twelve o'clock."

After saying this, Cen Xiu suddenly showed a mysterious smile on his face: "If that's the case, then does the ghost only come out at twelve o'clock? Then what if... we let the ghost come out in advance?"

"Next! I will take on the most daring challenge ever! Playing the Conjuring game in a horror high school!"

His excited voice echoed in the empty teaching building.

Ke Yulong, who was holding the camera, was sweating profusely and his eyes widened when he heard this.

"What??"

He didn't even care that the camera was still recording, and took the camera with shaking hands. His tone was horrified: "Still want to summon spirits?? Cen Xiu, are you crazy!?!"

Seeing that everyone around him was calm and not surprised at all, Ke Yulong realized something in an instant. His face turned even paler. He glanced at each of them and shouted helplessly, "You all know? Are you all crazy?!"

Ke Yulong just felt that he was deceived.

If he had known this would happen, he would definitely not have agreed to let Cen Xiu come to shoot a supernatural short film.

"Look at you."

Cen Xiu moved a table out of the teaching building. Seeing Ke Yulong's terrified look, he sighed in frustration, "Ke Yulong, why are you so afraid of ghosts? It doesn't mean you will succeed."

Yu Haoye took out a candle and paper from his bag and handed them to Cen Xiu. He also had a small camera on his shoulder. He took a close-up of the panic on Ke Yulong's face and sneered, "Look, someone is already scared. If you're scared, just quit now."

"Put the camera away!"

Ke Yulong turned his head away and glanced at the other three people who had not spoken. Seeing that they still had no expression, he wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, gritted his teeth and picked up the camera again.

"Who's afraid? I'm a materialist. There are no ghosts in this world!"

Tsk, why are you pretending to be afraid?

Yu Haoye curled his lips in disdain and ignored him and continued filming.

Cen Xiu lit the candle with a lighter and placed it in front of the paper with a pen on it. They were going to perform a classic ritual of summoning spirits, similar to the pen fairy ritual.

But it takes two people.

Ke Yulong and Yu Haoye were both taking pictures with cameras. Hou Liang was covered with stuff and Jiang Xi was Hou Liang's girlfriend, so it was not convenient for them to be together.

Then only...

His eyes involuntarily fell on Yu Li.

The other party seemed to notice his gaze and raised his eyebrows and looked over.

Cen Xiu quickly gave what he thought was a perfect smile and said in a gentle voice, "Qingli, can you help me?"

Yu Li was still standing there with her arms folded, staring at him quietly with her unfocused fox eyes, without saying whether she agreed or not.

The air was silent for several seconds. Just when Cen Xiu almost couldn't keep the smile on his face, the woman smiled and said slowly: "Okay, I'll help you."

She also wanted to see what kind of ghosts could come out.
