Chapter 405 Utilization

In the activity hall on the other side, Haolan was squatting on the ground taking apart a light bulb. He removed the outer packaging and then handed it to Bai Jingmo.

"Brother, do you think we should sneak out and take a look?"

There's nothing in this shabby warehouse. It's a waste of time to stay here.

Bai Jingmo took the light bulb and said calmly, "No need, just stay here."

After screwing in the last light bulb, he climbed down the escalator: "I'll put this back in the warehouse."

"Okay, then I'll throw this garbage out." Haolan tidied up the paper shells on the ground.

Bai Jingmo was about to nod when he suddenly noticed the woman's hurried figure out of the corner of his eye and turned his head to look over.

Seeing this, Hao Lan also followed his line of sight and said, "That seems to be the old lady from the beginning, right?"

Bai Jingmo closed the escalator, looked at Hao Lan who was squatting on the ground, and said, "Go up and take a look."

"ah?"

Didn’t you just say you’d stay here?

But Haolan didn't ask any more questions and stood up to follow him out.

Then a man's helpless voice came from behind: "Take the garbage with you. If you are found, just say you can't find a place to throw it away."

He stopped in his tracks instantly and touched his nose a little embarrassedly: "Hehe, Brother Bo, you are really thoughtful."

After Haolan left, Bai Jingmo opened the warehouse door. He lowered the escalator and looked around the warehouse.

The old woman just went out from here.

His eyes fell on the cardboard box on the ground, he walked over and stretched out his hand.

When you open it, it's filled with painting tools.

Bai Jingmo lowered his eyes and thought for a while, then took out a black pen, tried it lightly on his hand, and put it in his pocket only after making sure it could be used.

Not long after, Hao Lan came back from outside and told Bai Jingmo what he saw: "Brother, the old lady went to a very remote house... uh, as for that house..."

He scratched his head, thinking about how to describe it to Bai Jingmo, when he heard the man suddenly say, "Is it a house with a pointy roof that looks like a church?"

Hao Lan's eyes lit up and he clapped his hands: "Yes, yes, yes! It's that kind. When I first saw it, I thought it was a church."

Bai Jingmo stroked the black pen in his pocket with his fingertips, raised his eyes and said, "If nothing unexpected happens, Hou Liang should be moving things there."

After all, that house...

"Does this mean there are clues over there?"

Hao Lan took over Bai Jingmo's words, put his hands on his waist and sighed, "They are so lucky."

Hearing this, the man looked up at him and said, "Do you think they are lucky?"

Hao Lan nodded honestly: "Brother Bo, do you think it's bad?"

The man chuckled and walked out: "Okay, but this doesn't mean everything. If you are lucky enough to be targeted by someone with ulterior motives, you may even be used by them."

He turned around and saw the boy still standing there, and raised his eyebrows.

"Like, being used by us."

Hao Lan hadn't gotten over what he just said, when he heard this again, he immediately exclaimed: "Brother! You are so handsome!"

Woohoo, is this the benefit of being with a big boss? Huang Ya, your choice was absolutely right!

The lush green leaves block the view of pedestrians, but after passing through the cobblestone path through the grove, a tall tower with a retro and exquisite appearance comes into view.

The towering spires pierce the sky, and are carved with intricate and exquisite patterns all over. Under the caress of the sunlight, they cast mottled shadows, filled with a mysterious and strange atmosphere.

Haolan originally wanted to say that this building was really beautiful, but when he turned around, he found that the man was looking up at the top of the tower.

After a long while, the other party spoke softly.

"Come in."

On the other side, inside the spire.

Hou Liang picked up the cardboard box from the ground and looked at the woman next to him: "Where should I put this thing?"

The woman pointed to a room and said, "Put it there."

Finally, she added, "You can leave after you finish moving your things. I'm going upstairs, but remember, you can't come up."

He can't go?

A hint of thought flashed across Hou Liang's eyes, and he followed her instructions and walked into the room to put down his things.

The carton was not sealed, but only loosely covered. Taking advantage of the gap, he glanced at the contents inside.

...drawing paper?

Before he could come up with a conclusion, a familiar voice suddenly came from behind.

"Hou Liang, do you need help here?"

He subconsciously covered the contents of the carton and turned to look at the two people behind him.

"Why are you here?"

Hao Lan blinked and said calmly: "I'm here to help you. Isn't it obvious?"

Brother Bo told him that if he wanted to be successful as a copycat, he had to learn to lie appropriately.

Hou Liang closed the door and walked out: "I've finished my work here, I don't need any help."

Noticing that Bai Jingmo was looking at the room behind him, he calmly blocked his view.

"What are you looking at?"

Bai Jingmo glanced at him and suddenly laughed: "Just a look, why are you so nervous?"

Hou Liang froze. In fact, he didn't really want to share the information with Bai Jingmo.

How could he not have any resentment about what happened in the previous copy?

Fortunately, Bai Jingmo seemed to be just saying it casually.

He looked around and said, "Where's that old lady? I have something to discuss with her."

"It seems... he went upstairs?"

Hou Liang regretted what he said and immediately said, "But she said we can't go up. You and I can wait here together."
