Chapter 57: Have a birthday of your own

The next morning arrived as scheduled. Song Jin got up early, took a jog, and went out after breakfast.

Song Sixing didn't come this morning, but Song Jin didn't feel disappointed. Maybe Song Sixing was just having a fit yesterday.

When I arrived at the school gate, I met Song Yibai who got off the car at almost the same time.

Song Jin took a glance and found that the heroine's eyes were red again, and when she looked at her, there seemed to be a hint of resentment?

She didn't care, just glanced at it, then looked away and continued walking.

Song Yibai caught up with him, speaking with a nasal tone:

"Song Jin, are you very happy now? Congratulations, you finally caught Fourth Brother's attention by running away from home."

Song Jin stopped and asked, "What do you mean?"

"Your birthday is in a few days, on September 19th, and the house is already being decorated. You've waited eighteen years for your birthday, shouldn't you be very happy?"

Song Yibai looked at Song Jin's fair and beautiful face, and he didn't know why, but suddenly felt a little angry.

I was angry at why Song Jin looked so calm. Wasn’t this what she wanted when she ran away from home?

"Arranging a birthday party for me? I didn't know about this."

"It was confirmed last night. Didn't Fourth Brother tell you? Stop pretending. You're pretty good. You knew how to use this method to force Fourth Brother to compromise."

Song Yibai smiled mockingly, walked past Song Jin and entered the campus.

Song Jin stood behind, frowning slightly.

The Song family was actually going to hold a birthday party for her? And it wasn't going to be held on September 20th like in previous years, but on September 19th?

She stood there for a while, walked to a quieter corner, and entered Song Sixing's cell phone number on the phone keypad.

Although she was added to the blacklist, she deleted it again.

But the Song family’s cell phone numbers were all memorized in the original owner’s mind.

The call was picked up shortly after it was made. Song Sixing's voice was filled with joy, "Auntie? I'm sorry I didn't come to see you this morning. Fourth brother is a bit busy lately."

"What are you doing? Throwing me a birthday party?"

Song Sixing was slightly stunned, then smiled. "You already know?"

Song Jin pursed her lips and said, "Before you organize a birthday party for me, shouldn't you ask me if I want to have it?"

Song Sixing was a little surprised and a little nervous. The joy in his tone suddenly dropped and he asked cautiously:

"Jin Jin, don't you want to have a birthday of your own?"

"I've already left the Song family, but you're holding a birthday party in my name. Should I even show up? Are you trying to coax me back this way?"

Song Jin asked back calmly.

Song Jin once really wanted to celebrate her birthday, but it was too late.

When Song Sixing heard her words, he was stunned and fell silent.

It was about half a minute before he continued speaking.

"Jin Jin, this is what you deserve. If you don't want to go home, then just show up on your birthday."

"Don't worry, if anyone dares to say something unpleasant to you, Fourth Brother will beat him up for you."

He tried to keep his tone as gentle as possible, and this time it was Song Jin's turn to remain silent.

After a long stalemate, she whispered, "Thank you, but I don't need it now."

After saying this, she hung up the phone.

Song Sixing looked at the page that ended the call and could only smile bitterly.
