Lian Cheng had just stepped out of Huangyu Film and Television feeling refreshed when he received a call from Fan Qing.
"Lian Cheng, didn't you know that filming for 'The Passionate' starts today? Where the hell are you?" Fan Qing's attitude towards Lian Cheng was extremely hostile.
How could she not be awful?
She's Lin Shimeng's manager, and in her opinion, it's already quite good that she can manage Lian Cheng.
Lian Cheng, however, was ungrateful and harmed Lin Shimeng and Si Chen.

She sighed, and a car pulled up in front of her. The driver was her newly hired assistant.
"Are you ready? Get in the car?" Shen Xiuyan asked, one hand on the steering wheel, looking at Lian Cheng.
Lian Cheng got into the passenger seat.
She had originally intended to sit in the back, but upon seeing Shen Xiuyan's handsome face, she found herself sitting next to him without thinking. She tilted her head and asked, "Ayan, can you act?"

Qin Mi'er betrayed Lian Cheng before, and the company refused to provide Lian Cheng with a new assistant.
Hua Yinyin was transferred to another post for a few days and went to accompany Lian Cheng.
Having happened to be accompanying the young lady to catch her husband cheating, she naturally understood how heartbroken the young lady was when she first discovered Si Chen's infidelity.
