Chapter 49 That master looks familiar?

Yin Huaizhu acted as if she hadn't heard Hang Suisui's question.

Without answering Hang Suisui's question, he said, "Someone has come to pick you up."

Yin Huaizhu pointed out the car window, towards the entrance of the villa.

Hearing Yin Huaizhu's words, Hang Suisui turned her head to look out the car window with some confusion.

People were walking towards the car from a distance at the gate.

Hang Suisui's attention was instantly diverted.

Qinyu?

Why is she out here so late instead of sleeping?

And judging from how close she is, she's heading towards this car.

Yin Huaizhu glanced at Liang Gui in the passenger seat.

He then gently urged Hang Suisui, "Go quickly."

Receiving a glance from his boss, Assistant Liang got out of the car and opened the door for Hang Suisui.

Hang Suisui saw Qin Yu approaching and realized she couldn't stay in the car any longer.

Seeing the car door open, Hang Suisui got out of the car first.

Just as she got out of the car and greeted Qin Yu, Assistant Liang quickly closed the car door and got into the passenger seat.

When Hang Suisui heard the car door open and turned around, the car had already started moving slowly.

This guy hasn't told her who he is yet.

She hasn't even properly thanked him yet!

Hang Sui Sui opened her mouth and watched the car drive away.

Oh well, they're from the capital anyway, and judging from their demeanor, it should be easy to find out about them!

But what is Qin Yu doing out so late?

The moonlight was soft and gentle, and the car remained quiet, with the soft moonlight spilling onto the road.

"Is it all handled?"

Yin Huaizhu leaned back in her seat, closed her eyes and pretended to doze off, with her hands clasped together in front of her and her elbows resting on the armrests on either side.

Upon hearing the boss's question, Assistant Liang quickly replied, "It's all taken care of, boss. No one will spread the word about Shi Yan's matter."

What happened tonight might get out.

But tomorrow, people will only know that Miss Hang had someone with her, but they won't know who that person is.

No matter who talks about it, everyone will shut up about the boss's identity.

Surprisingly, neither Yin Huaicheng nor Wen Lin had gone to sleep yet at the Yin family home.

The two sat in the living room waiting for their younger brother to come home.

Wen Lin thought about the young master lady she met today and asked her husband, who was sitting next to her.

"Huaicheng, the more I think about it, the more familiar this girl looks. I feel like I've seen her somewhere before!"

But I just can't remember where I've seen it before.

This girl is quite beautiful. If I had seen her before, I would definitely remember her. Why can't I remember her?

Yin Huaicheng found his wife's question somewhat amusing.

"You'll only ever meet daughters of prominent families in the capital; where would you ever meet a master in this field?"

Her husband was right; the industry she saw every day was vastly different from that of this young master.

Wen Lin nodded, also feeling that she must have misunderstood.

Her tone shifted again: "Master, could you find what's underneath the jade pendant? You didn't hide it very well, did you?"

When his wife asked about it, Yin Huaicheng gave Wen Lin a reassuring look: "Don't worry, I put it under Sheng Yuzhui's silk handkerchief. It'll be easy to find."

They knew that truly skilled masters were indifferent to fame and fortune, and some were even embarrassed to accept too many gifts as thanks.

But this master saved their daughter. Yin Huaicheng and his wife Wen Lin have been loving and devoted to each other for decades, and they finally had this daughter at this age.

If I give too little, I'll feel even more guilty.

That's when they came up with a compromise.

The other gift was placed below the jade pendant!

Even if a master discovers this, he cannot refuse.

As soon as Yin Huaizhu entered the room, she heard the last words the two of them said.

Did they give you something else underneath the jade pendant?

This is indeed something his kind and honest elder brother and sister-in-law would do.

Wen Lin and Yin Huaicheng turned around at the sound of footsteps. When they saw their younger brother enter, they greeted him.

"Has it been delivered?"

"Your sister-in-law made you some soup. Drink some before you go to sleep."

Before Yin Huaizhu could refuse, Wen Lin had already gotten up and walked towards the small kitchen next door.

Yin Huaizhu then sat down and said to the older brother opposite her who had asked the question, "It's been delivered."

Yin Huaicheng asked a few more questions: "We owe a lot to this young lady today. How did you run into her?"

Yin Huaizhu: "What a coincidence."

His younger brother has always been taciturn, and the rest of the family has long been used to it.

Yin Huaicheng nodded: "Do you have this girl's contact information?"

That girl seems quite capable; we might need her help sometime in the future.

Hearing his elder brother's words, Yin Huaizhu regretted leaving so quickly.

Why didn't he think of that at the time?

When Hang Suisui asked him for his contact information, couldn't he just give her his older brother's?

Thinking of this, Yin Huaizhu said calmly, "No."

At this moment, Wen Lin also came out of the kitchen carrying a bowl of nourishing soup.

He placed the soup in front of Yin Huaizhu and urged him to drink it while it was hot: "Here, this soup is made with things that are good for your health. Drink a bowl before you go to sleep."

Yin Huaizhu did not refuse. He had drunk this kind of soup too many times in the past few years, and he raised his hand to put it in his mouth.

Yin Huaicheng watched as Yin Huaizhu drank the soup in her bowl in a few gulps.

I couldn't help but feel a little worried.

Despite drinking countless tonics over the years, Yin Huaizhu's complexion remains the same, pale and sickly.

I've seen all sorts of doctors, both Chinese and Western, but none of them could find anything seriously wrong with me. They all speak the same language.
