Gas fluctuations?
Hang Suisui opened her eyes wide and stared intently at the spot where the air currents were fluctuating.
That maple forest in the distance behind us!
wrong!
This is not normal!
This is not a normal airflow fluctuation!
Hang Suisui immediately took out her phone and dialed the driver's number while walking around the street.
The call was answered quickly after two rings.
"Uncle Li, I have something to do. When you get there, find a roadside to wait for me."
After she finished speaking, Hang Suisui quickly responded on the other end of the phone and immediately hung up.
Looking at the maple forest in front of me, I strode in.
The fallen leaves underfoot made a crisp rustling sound.
The outer edge of the maple forest was perfectly normal, with nothing unusual, except for the sound of the wind blowing.
The calmer things were, the faster Hang Suisui's heart beat.
The moment she stepped into the maple forest, Hang Suisui had an inexplicable bad feeling!
Hang Suisui looked at the wisps of mist in the forest.
He thought to himself, "Just as I suspected."
The fog got thicker and thicker as you went closer to the center.
Outside this fog, there seemed to be some kind of barrier blocking it, enveloping only one area.
It did not spread outwards.
Hang Sui Sui cautiously observed the surroundings of the woods.
She paused, standing outside the thick fog, hesitating whether to go in.
Hang Suisui has nothing to protect herself with right now. If she rushes in without knowing the situation, she might not be able to escape if something happens.
Hang Suisui took a deep breath and decided to test what was going on inside first.
She crouched down, picked up a pebble, and, with a firm grip, gently tossed it toward the center of the thick fog.
The stone fell into the fog without making a sound.
There wasn't even the sound of something rolling into the leaves that should have been heard.
An eerie silence.
Hang Suisui waited anxiously. A moment later, a powerful force bounced the stone back along its original path, nearly hitting her.
Hang Suisui was startled; it seemed that something dangerous was indeed hidden behind the thick fog.
She stood up, pondering her next move.
A gust of cold wind blew by, accompanied by a faint, mournful sound.
Hang Suisui shivered; her intuition told her she couldn't stay any longer.
At least for now, she cannot go in unless she has something to protect herself.
It's very dangerous here!
However, just as she turned to leave, she found that the path she had come from had disappeared.
She was surrounded by thick fog and had lost her way.
Hang Suisui carefully observed the atmosphere around her.
What puzzled her was that the aura within the fog didn't seem to be caused by any evil spirits.
It's nothing like a spirit or a demon!

At that moment, a slender figure, barely visible, slowly moved through the thick fog.
Even in the forest, stepping on the leaves, there was no sound at all.

Before she could think, Hang Suisui's neck was suddenly and silently grabbed from behind her body like a ghost!
A large hand grasped Hang Suisui's slender neck!
