CatDodo was the most prepared. Apart from some cured meat hanging in the basement, her room was surrounded by potatoes.
As the last spot was filled with potatoes, snow began to fall.
This was a bad sign. Everyone returned to the cave and used firewood, straw, and animal hides to seal the door shut.
