That's the only thing I can think of that could sway the Judah people; they lack nothing else, not even money.
The Dongyi people themselves didn't even have enough high-level treasures, so they certainly wouldn't offer them to the Judah tribe. In the end, they would only promise a piece of land where they could establish a kingdom.
