Chapter 19 The Ice Man on Willow Mountain

The fox looked at the candy and realized it was its own candy, which its little niece had promised to keep for it.

Immediately, it peeled it open and put it in its mouth. A milky aroma filled its mouth, and its two big eyes lit up.

He also put what had just happened out of his mind and rubbed against Chen Hua's leg.

My niece is so kind; she kept it safe for it. Otherwise, it wouldn't have such fragrant candy to eat now.

"Alright, we shouldn't come here again. Do you need anything? Or you can come back another time."

"Nephew... um, Master, wait a moment, I'll go get something."

"No rush, we won't go down the mountain today. You can say goodbye properly."

This little fox has something she doesn't know about, and it thinks it's hidden very well. It's just some golden things, she really wouldn't fight it for them.

Seeing that it had left, Chen Hua hurried down the mountainside. She was right; Willow Mountain was likely to become more and more lively.

Halfway up the mountain, several men in black surrounded another man in black. Each of their attacks shattered the ice formed from the snow, and the shattered ice rolled down the mountain.

After playing for a while, the score remained tied.

A fight breaks out here, and things get messy there.

"Professor, how about we come back another day to investigate? Today, there's a risk of an avalanche. If this continues, we'll all be killed."

"Something's wrong! Run! The snow and wind are terrible, it's going to kill us!"

Three young people and a slightly older man, each carrying a small bag, were climbing up the mountainside.

Their lips were white with cold, and their feet were covered in ice, but they still climbed upwards. Their frozen faces were filled with determination, especially the older man, whose eyes were even more resolute.

Upon seeing the blizzard, they all rushed down the mountain, for the blizzard had already claimed many lives.

Among them was the eldest son of the middle-aged professor.

Climbing to the top of Danliu Mountain was the middle-aged professor's dream. This dream inspired his eldest son, who took him away when his eldest son was nineteen. That's why he was determined to fight to the end and not let his eldest son's hopes be shattered.

Even on flat ground, a person can't keep up with the speed of the wind, let alone on a mountain.

Clearly, they had already known when they arrived that there was no strong wind, so it seems they are about to become another batch of victims.

The group closed their eyes as the heavy snow and wind enveloped them. But the next second, they felt themselves surrounded by something else. When they opened their eyes again, they found themselves at the foot of the mountain.

"Liushan is not as simple as you think. Don't come here again." Shen Hua's androgynous voice came from the mountain.

She hadn't noticed because she was asleep, but only realized how many people had perished here after the fighting.

The talisman flew out of his hand and placed the frozen corpses in front of the group. There were more than ten of them. What a tragedy!

She swore that the illusion array she set up was on the mountaintop, while these people hadn't even reached the mountainside, and there weren't that many strong winds and snowstorms on the snow-capped mountain. Therefore, the deaths of these people were caused by the people fighting, and had nothing to do with her.

She can only speak, not act, and she never kills ordinary people.

The middle-aged professor spotted his eldest son's body among a pile of corpses and immediately ran over to hug him.

"Thank you, immortal. Thank you for returning my eldest son's body. But could you please do us a favor?"
