Chapter 120: Drive Them Away (2/2)

The pointed-faced man who had just pointed at Chu Chenyin's room and informed on her, took advantage of the excitement and bent over to secretly try to leave.

Chu Chenyin happened to see him, picked up a stone used to seal windows and threw it at him.

The stone hit him right on the foot.

He covered his foot, gritted his teeth, and refused to cry out in pain.

Fu Yanting asked Chu Chenyin, "Who is this person?"

Chu Chenyin raised his eyebrows, "That's the person who just informed on me!"

After hearing this, Fu Yanting jumped down to the man, grabbed his collar and threw him into the yellow sand outside the house.

Mrs. Fu hurriedly arranged for everyone to go into the house, "Chen Yin, Kang Hong, let's go in first."

Lord Fu followed up by saying, "This place is really unlucky. Let's have lunch quickly and then continue our journey."

Chu Chenyin strode up to her and said, "Mom, I'll go get Fu Tiao and Liu Ye'er out first."

Mrs. Fu responded, "Okay, go ahead."

Chu Chenyin walked into the house, came behind the screen, and then entered the space.

Fortunately, the two children haven't woken up yet.

Chu Chenyin quickly led them out of the space and sat against the screen.

She took out her stand-in's coolant and let them smell it.

After hearing it, the two of them slowly opened their eyes.

"Grandma, where are we?" Fu Tiao asked, rubbing his eyes.

Chu Chenyin rubbed their heads and said, "You two were frightened just now."

"Frightened?" Fu Tiao was a little bit unbelievable.

Chu Chenyin smiled and whispered, "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone, so don't tell anyone else, or they will laugh at you."

When Fu Tiao heard this, he nodded heavily and said, "Okay, Madam."

After he finished speaking, he did not forget to look at Liu Ye'er beside him.

Liu Ye'er blinked her round eyes and nodded obediently, "I won't tell anyone either."

Fu Tiao breathed a sigh of relief.

Chu Chenyin also breathed a sigh of relief.

She brought the two children out from behind the screen.

At this time, Qing'er's mother cooked some simple meals in the back kitchen of the inn.

The family gathered together and finished their lunch quickly.

While they were having dinner, Chu Chenyin came to the stable alone. This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
