Mrs. Fu looked up and frowned slightly, "It is indeed different from usual..."
At this time, Chu Chenyin and Fu Yanting stood up and said, "Mom and Dad, let's go to that hilltop and see if there are any wolves."
Mr. Fu interrupted them and said, "No, it's so dark now, why are you taking Chen Yin out with you?"
Mrs. Fu quickly walked over to Mr. Fu and whispered in his ear, "The young couple wants to be alone together, why are you butting in on them?"
When Master Fu heard this, he immediately understood what he meant and said hesitantly, "Well... OK... You guys go... Go quickly and come back soon..."
"Yes, Dad." Fu Yanting replied, turned around and took Chu Chenyin's hand and walked towards the top of the mountain.
He held Chu Chenyin's hand.
She could even feel the rough texture of his palm.
"You can let me go now." Chu Chenyin tried to take his hand back.
Fu Yanting held it tighter, "Follow me closely, there are many wolves in the grassland."
Chu Chenyin raised his head and looked into the distance. "It's okay. I'm not afraid."
However, Fu Yanting still didn't want to let go.
Chu Chenyin gradually noticed that his palms were becoming hot. She raised her eyes to look at Fu Yanting's profile in front of her and found that his ears were even redder.
She couldn't help laughing.
Fu Yanting turned around to look at her, and was slightly startled when he saw her smiling face.
Just as he was lost in thought, he suddenly heard a man's voice talking in the distance.
"That girl is really good, much better than the one we stole yesterday."
"One has given birth to a child, and the other has never given birth to a child. What do you think?"
"That's it! Hahaha!"
A shrill laugh came slowly.
Chu Chenyin felt disgusted when he heard this.
Fu Yanting quickly pulled her and hid behind a rock.
Chu Chenyin secretly stuck his head out to take a look, and saw a group of horse thieves on horseback walking up the mountain.
A dishevelled woman was half-hung on the leading horse.
Bright red blood was dripping from the woman's lower body, her eyes were tightly closed, and she seemed to have stopped breathing.
Chu Chenyin was startled, retracted his head, squatted down, leaned his back against the stone, and concentrated on breathing.
Fu Yanting quickly hugged her shoulders, pressed her into his arms, and whispered, "Don't look."
Chu Chenyin's eyes were grim, and the days of blood and swords in the past could not help but emerge in his mind.
The strong smell of blood made her five senses gradually sensitive, and the boiling heat that had been lurking in her body for a long time began to surge gradually.
Fu Yanting turned his head to look at her, feeling a chill all over his body. He immediately hugged her waist, jumped up, and followed the group of horse thieves towards their lair.
The two followed the horse thief carefully into the mountain stronghold. This chapter has been read (please click the next chapter to continue reading!)
