Chapter 59 Ninth Floor Space Upgrading (2/2)

Steward Xu was so shocked that he was dazed and said in a trembling voice, "Lord, all our horses are gone."

"What?" Fort Master Xu thought he had misheard, so he turned around and asked him fiercely, "What did you say?!"

Steward Xu knelt on the ground, trembling all over, "Lord, all the war horses in our ranch are gone, not even a sick horse!"

Fort Master Xu's eyes widened, and the flesh on his face trembled with anger. "All the horses?! What nonsense are you talking about? There were more than 10,000 horses! How could they disappear overnight?"

After he finished speaking, he kicked Butler Xu hard.

Butler Xu fell to the ground and rolled around, then quickly knelt down and said, "Lord of the Castle, go to the pasture and take a look!"

"Take me there quickly!" Castle Master Xu was so angry that his teeth were chattering, and he walked towards the ranch with heavy steps.

Because he was too fat and walked too fast, he almost tripped and fell several times on the road.

Inside the ranch.

Chu Chenyin came here specially with Fu Yanting to see the excitement.

The entire Xujiabao ranch was empty overnight. Everyone in the ranch was stunned. They had been guarding in a nearby cabin all night. If someone wanted to take away so many horses, there would definitely be a lot of commotion. But from last night, apart from the barking of dogs, there was nothing unusual.

So they all agreed that it was God's will and blamed Fortress Lord Xu for killing too many people on a daily basis.

"Look, there are more than 10,000 horses, and so many cattle and livestock. How many people are needed to quietly take all of them away overnight!"

"I think our fortress master has committed too many sins, and the great gods in heaven could not stand it anymore, so they took away everything in his ranch."

"So mysterious?"

"If not this, why else?"

"Yes, look at the iron gates surrounding the pasture. They are intact. You can't say that these horses, cows, and sheep disappeared out of thin air, right?"

Finally, everyone made faces and nodded furtively.

Chu Chenyin sat aside and listened to them talking about this, his eyebrows raised and he almost laughed.

Sure enough, in their eyes, anything that cannot be explained is divine.

As soon as they finished speaking, Lord Xu hurried over. He looked at his empty pasture, walked up to the servants, and shouted hysterically: "What's going on?! Where are my horses and? My cows?! And my sheep!" This chapter has been read (please click on the next chapter to continue reading!)
