"Make Heaven the wise king of this world?" Scáthach asked, puzzled. "How do we do that?"
Todd glanced at Leviathan and Scáthach respectively, and asked, "If it's alright, perhaps you could come with me to see Heaven."
Leviathan twitched its tentacles: "Why not?"
In an instant, Todd, along with Scáthach and Leviathan, entered his own soul space.
Floating high in the sky, Leviathan looked down at the magnificent golden city of heaven and raised his voice: "Interesting."
Scáthach landed on the ground, watched as a four-winged archangel pronounced a human soul guilty and sent it to Hell, then turned to Todd and said, "Is this the judgment you speak of?"
Looking at the souls queuing to enter through the twelve gates of Heaven, Todd explained, "In cities like Twilight City and Froststone City, I have placed numerous markers infused with my own 'seeds of soul.' Anyone who comes to worship or visit will automatically establish a soul link with me simply by touching one of these markers."
“When these people die, their souls will be led here,” Todd said, pointing to the line of souls. “I have created a replica of the Kingdom of Heaven described in the Bible, so that the angels can review the deeds of these people and weigh them on the scales of good and evil to determine whether they should go to Heaven or Hell.”
Leviathan shrank his body and slowly approached the ground from mid-air. He looked at the magnificent holy city and asked, "Where do those city gates lead?"
Todd gestured for the two pioneers to come closer, then led them through a gate to heaven, directly into the sanctuary of the gods.
Pointing to the towering golden tree standing in the center of the vast space, Todd said, "The souls that pass through the judgment and the city gates can be guided to a separate space. These spaces are mostly derived from myths and legends of different faiths, and are all created based on my personal understanding and experience."
Looking down at the buildings and landscape below, Scáthach, filled with awe, couldn't help but ask, "Just how many of these independent spaces connected to heaven have you built?"
"One hundred and forty-three, one hundred and one belong to Heaven, thirty-five belong to Hell, and six hidden spaces belong to the controller and are not open to the public. Apart from that, I am constantly adding and modifying spaces every day."
Scáthach was stunned. After a moment, she said, "Todd, even if each space is this size, do you know how much soul power is needed to open and operate one hundred and forty-three spaces? When did your soul become so powerful?"
Todd looked at Leviathan, shook his head, and said, "I guess there's something you haven't told Scáthach about soul power?"
Leviathan rolled its enormous eyes and calmly said, "Yes."
Scáthach frowned and looked at Leviathan, saying, "What is it that you haven't told me?"
“Besides meditation and training, there is a shortcut to enhancing soul power,” Leviathan said slowly. “By containing the souls of other beings in your own soul space and resonating with dark energy, you can quickly enhance your soul power.”
Todd nodded as he said, "That's why Leviathan was able to use his soul power to reshape those long-extinct races. Scáthach, on the other hand, with your soul materialization ability, can only build an apple tree."
Ignoring Scáthach's anger, Leviathan looked at the heroic spirits drinking and chatting on the ground and said, "Let's put aside the topic of soul power for now. What exactly do you mean by needing our assistance?"
Todd said, "My original intention was to build a unified faith for all living beings in the world through a spiritual space called Heaven, and to use a moral system of good and evil to restrain their behavior and will. But although this method seems to be effective, there are three problems that cannot be solved."
Leviathan rolled his eyes and looked at Todd: "Three questions? What three questions?"
"First, everything in Heaven is a consciousness that I constructed using my soul power, and their existence is based on my survival."
Todd paused for a moment, then reached out his dragon claw and touched his heart, saying softly, "But sooner or later, I will die. At that time, Heaven will completely collapse, everything will disappear, and souls will lose their anchor and become wandering spirits again."
The shrunken Leviathan stretched its tentacles toward the ground, curled up a wildflower, and slowly said, "So, you want to use your ability to 'materialize souls' to make this heaven a reality before you die. That way, all living beings will have a fixed place to go after they die, and you won't have to worry about your efforts being in vain because of the end of your life."
Todd nodded vigorously: "Yes... The second question is the judgment mechanism in Heaven."
"The moral judgment mechanism of good and evil that I have built up with angels and demons has a huge flaw... This is the judgment of all souls. It seems that the angels are carrying out the review, but in reality, those angels are just creations of my consciousness. In the end, all judgments are based on my personal preferences and lack a precise standard of judgment."
"When those souls who come to the city gates look back on their lives, what may seem like a trivial matter to them may be seen as evil in my eyes. Differences in values and worldviews cause me to unconsciously label the judgments of souls with my personal feelings. From the perspective of fairness, this judgment mechanism is undoubtedly extremely unreasonable."
