General Hamilton angrily hung up the call, walked over to Major Cole, and shouted, "Damn bureaucrats!"
Major Cole: "Let me guess, the president doesn't want to."
"The first president in history to drop a nuclear bomb on his own country... No one wants to take on such a responsibility."
General Hamilton watched the undead mother in the city, destroying everything as she moved further and further away, then turned to his soldiers and asked, "Has the evacuation order been issued?"
The soldier replied, "We have notified the state governments of Nevada, California, and Arizona. According to feedback, 29 cities around the White Hole have begun emergency evacuation procedures... but..."
General Hamilton: "But what? Speak!"
Soldier: "The evacuation process is proceeding very slowly. Most citizens are unwilling to leave their homes. A small number of radicals have even crossed the state line to come to Las Vegas, claiming they want to expose the government's conspiracy."
General Hamilton slammed his fist on the rooftop railing: "Idiots! Fools! Do they all want to die?!"
"Tell those stupid politicians stuck in their offices! If they don't complete the evacuation of the surrounding area within 24 hours, they can expect to become zombies!"
A communications officer suddenly shouted to General Hamilton, "Sir! A small group of infected people has been spotted at the north entrance of Highway 286!"
Hamilton and Cole exchanged a glance, both having the same thought in their minds.
The infection spread faster than expected, and the situation is getting worse.
