Nancy did not respond.
Viscount Zangner shook his head helplessly and lowered his voice: "Sabrina!"
The girl glanced at the speaker and snorted irritably, "Elder Clarence, don't you think you're more suspicious than me for wearing such a thick coat in the warm spring weather?!"
Clarence touched his slightly chubby face: "I didn't want it to be like this either. The 'Face Changer' ability can only change my appearance, but it can't change my body shape. Also, I've said it many times, in public you should call me 'Father'."
Sabrina gave him a disdainful look: "Old man! I'm twice your age, why don't you call me 'Grandma'?"
Clarence sighed and said nothing more.
Sabrina stuffed the last piece of roast goose into her mouth, tossed the fork onto the table, wiped her greasy lips with the tablecloth, and let out a long, satisfied burp: "I'm done eating, let's get started!"
Clarence shook his head and laughed, "No, now is not the time."
"Why?! You were the one who came up with the idea of controlling King Muxi, and now you don't want to do it anymore?!"
Clarence gestured for Sabrina to look into the hall: "I just took a look around. According to my 'Perception' ability, there are at least twenty 'Successors' around the King. Making a move now would be suicide."
"Could the rumors about the 'successors' of the Kingdom of Muxi be true?!" Sabrina patted her stomach. "You should know my special ability; I don't even care about those 'successors'."
Clarence took a small sip of red wine, then frowned and put the glass down. "I know. But I'm very interested in Todd Fischer. Think about it, a farmer's son, who built a kingdom in just two years—isn't that something worth exploring?"
