When all the souls gathered in the square in front of the City of Heaven, someone recognized the person floating in the air.
"It's the Great Shaman Minnie!"
"Did she die too?"
Looking at the endless stream of spirits huddled together in the square, Minnie said, "Many of you may have some regrets."
“You still have family members living in the world, and they are living in fear and despair.”
"Your war is not over yet, and you still hope to continue to write songs of honor with swords and blood."
“You still want to follow the footsteps of faith, and you don’t want to reach the scales of judgment so soon.”
“Souls, death does not always mean the end; it often symbolizes the beginning of another story.”
The people in the square were talking about it.
"We're already dead, how can we protect our families and pursue honor?"
"Does High Priestess Minnie have a way to resurrect us?"
"I don't want to die like this! I can still kill the enemy!"
Minnie raised her hand, signaling the spirits to calm down.
Minnie drew an intricate pattern in the air, and a huge image canopy slowly appeared above the square.
In the video.
Todd stood on the edge of the volcanic platform, threw off his robe, and dragon scales slowly appeared on his body. A huge dragon spine burst out of his body, and flames flickered in and out of his mouth.
Amidst the gasps of the crowd, Todd, transformed into a dragon, charged towards the enormous monster in the lava and engaged in a fierce battle with it.
"It's the Dragon God!"
Who is he fighting?
"The opponent's size is too huge!"
Minnie waved her arm, and the image on the sky changed again.
Countless parasitic tentacles, resembling steel cables, remained unharmed by the dragon's flames and lashed out directly at Todd.
With a sound like metal shattering, the dragon scales and blood on Todd's body scattered like petals fluttering in the air.
The monster said to Todd, "If you agree to leave this world and lead the aliens to settle down in a new world, I will order the undead to cease all attacks."
Todd said, "I won't leave! We still have a chance, a chance to survive, however slim, but it's still hope..."
Minnie addressed the crowd, saying, “When the apocalypse came, your God never abandoned you; He fought on. Even when the odds were against him, and faced with the threats and temptations of evil gods, He never gave up on his kingdom and his people.”
The scene changed again.
The colossal undead mother began to evolve into its final form.
Its appearance was so terrifying and horrifying that even just looking at the image from afar, the spirits in the square screamed and scattered in all directions.
Todd, now in dragon form, stood before this monster like a tiny human facing an ancient, ferocious beast.
As the Necromancer Mother in the scene swung her limbs, countless distorted vacuoles appeared in the space.
Todd couldn't dodge in time, and his right wing and left leg were directly caught in the bubble. Dragon blood, dragon flesh, and dragon bones were instantly sliced off his body.
With a mournful cry, the severely injured Todd plummeted straight down.
The monster's limbs lashed forward, piercing through the dragon's flesh and directly into Todd's heart.
Blood slowly spilled from Todd's mouth, and his tattered dragon wings drooped down, unable to move any further.
The dragon's corpse slid down and plunged straight into the sea of lava.
Seeing this, the spirits in the square were heartbroken.
Some people wept loudly, some collapsed and fainted, and others roared angrily.
Minnie turned off the screen and said to everyone, "Knowing defeat was inevitable, your Dragon God never retreated a step. He fulfilled his vow with his life and will."
Cumberland stared with bloodshot eyes, his fists clenched so tightly that his knuckles turned white.
Emerson slumped to the ground, burying his face deeply in his hands.
Randall said gravely, “Some say the Dragon God has abandoned us… Look, our god only fought to the very last moment!”
Aldenan shrank back: "That monster that fought alongside the Dragon God was like the most terrifying nightmare."
Mary knelt on the ground, no longer caring about the gazes of others, and sobbed softly.
Dion looked up at the sky, muttering repeatedly as if in a daze, "Our king, he won't die like this..."
Alfonso walked up to Minnie, stared intently into the old woman's eyes, and asked in a deep voice, "You have a way to bring the king back to life, don't you?"
Minnie smiled and looked at the knight in front of her: "Why would you ask that?"
Alfonso gritted his teeth and said, "Death doesn't always mean the end; it might symbolize the beginning of a new story..."
Minnie tapped her cane on the ground: "I did say that... there might be a way..."
Alfonso: "Tell me!"
Minnie glanced around at the surrounding souls and slowly said, "The price may be high."
Cumberland pushed through the crowd and rushed to Minnie's side: "I don't care what the cost is!"
Minnie: "Your souls will be released from the protection of heaven, and may disappear forever, never to exist again."
Cumberland roared, "You heard what I just said! I don't care!"
Minnie pointed her cane into the air, and a huge pale blue vortex appeared in mid-air.
"The Dragon God's physical body has been destroyed, but his soul still wanders in the space between the physical world and the virtual world."
