Helian Shi turned to look at Lu Qing, his expression carrying a hint of ferocity.
Lu Qing shrank back and hid behind Gu Xicheng.
It was rare for Lu Qing to need protection like this, so Gu Xicheng immediately shielded her behind him and sternly reprimanded Helian Shi:
"what are you up to!"

"Why do you suddenly trust me so much?" Lu Qing asked, puzzled.
“I believe Ah Jin. You are his sister, so I believe you.”
Helian Shi turned and walked towards the outside of the hall, his voice drifting back softly:
"I will go and capture that Gu master. I hope her Gu is really effective."
Seeing Helian Shi walk away, Lu Qingcai stepped out from behind Gu Xicheng and breathed a sigh of relief.
Gu Xicheng couldn't help but find it amusing:
"What's wrong? You're someone who fears nothing and no one, how could you be afraid of someone like Helian Shi?"
Lu Qing scratched his head, looking helpless:
