Leng Wei had a talisman given to her by Lu Qing. Just as Lu Qing was about to calculate her location, his phone received a message.

The address Linna sent was in an abandoned area in the suburbs, a place where no one usually passes by.
Lu Qing knew without even thinking that she must have set up many traps, but she wasn't worried. She just felt a little guilty for implicating Leng Wei.
On the way there, Lu Qing made a phone call to Wang Yanjun:
"Brother, take a few men to this address now and ambush them a kilometer away. Maybe that will give you another credit."
"OK! No problem, I'll be there shortly!" Wang Yanjun agreed cheerfully.
Lu Qing looked at the location and told the driver to stop when they were almost there.
She walked the rest of the way herself to avoid implicating innocent people.
It was already getting dark, and after the sun went down, it felt chilly, especially in this desolate area, which made it seem even more eerie.
Lu Qing walked slowly forward and soon saw an abandoned tower.
"Lu Qing, you've finally arrived!"
Upon hearing the sound, Lu Qing slowly raised her head.
Lin Na was standing on the tower, and Leng Wei, bound by ropes, stood beside her.
Upon seeing Lu Qing, Leng Wei's sobs intensified.
Lu Qing frowned slightly:
"Lin Na, the person you hate is me. Release Leng Wei!"
"Release her? Hahahaha!" Linna burst into maniacal laughter:
"Lu Qing, you stole my husband and ruined my life. I'll make you taste this kind of pain too."
"Even though she's not your closest relative, you'd still grieve for a long time if she died!"
After saying that, Lin Na pushed Leng Wei off the tower with all her might.
"Weiwei!"
Lu Qing's figure flashed out quickly, and in a few breaths he arrived at the foot of the tower, catching Leng Wei as she fell.
"Weiwei, you..."
Before Lu Qing could finish speaking, a knife pierced her chest, the hilt now in Leng Wei's hand.

A smug smile flashed across Leng Wei's face. She then forcefully pulled out her knife and kicked Lu Qing away.
Lu Qing clutched her bleeding chest wound, gritting her teeth as she looked at the person before her:
"You are not Leng Wei!"
"You're smart, but it's too late!"
Leng Wei's seven orifices were covered by demonic energy; she had been possessed by a demon.
Linna jumped down from the tower, holding the Demon-Suppressing Tower in her hands, and laughed triumphantly:
"Lu Qing, do you think I'm still the Lin Na you can bully at will? Is that why you dared to come here alone?"
"Unfortunately, because of Qin Yuebai's departure, I ended up becoming an exorcist and even took control of the Demon Suppression Tower."
Lu Qing squinted at Lin Na and the Demon Suppression Tower, and after a moment he let out a cold laugh.
Linna's expression changed drastically: "What are you laughing at?"
Lu Qing: "I laugh at your stupidity. If your father were still alive, he would probably be furious with you for calling yourself an exorcist with such limited skills."
Linna was furious:

Lu Qing looked at her with disdain:
"I didn't say anything wrong. You just made a deal with the demon inside your body. And you dare to call yourself an exorcist and control the Demon Suppression Tower? How laughable!"
Linna was so angry that she was trembling all over:
"Lu Qing, I'm going to kill you and rip out your tongue!"
"Go, kill her!"
Lin Na looked at the demon possessing Leng Wei's body, but the next second, she was slapped across the face.
"Who gave you the audacity to order me around?"
Linna gritted her teeth, suppressing her anger, and said:
"I beg you! I beg you to kill her for me!"
"Hmph! That's more like it!"
The demon, using Leng Wei's body, rushed towards Lu Qing, and an overwhelming wave of demonic energy, carrying sand and stones, swept towards them.
Lu Qing's body swayed precariously in the wind and sand, so weak that it seemed as if it would be torn apart at any moment.

While Lin Na was still in shock, Lu Qing had already arrived in front of her, then vanished in a flash.
She suddenly felt her hands were much lighter, and when she looked down, the Demon Suppression Tower was gone.
Not far away, Lu Qing was tossing the Demon-Suppressing Tower like a ball:
"This is indeed a fine item. It would be a waste for you to have it. I'll gladly accept it!"
"Lu Qing, give me back the Demon Suppression Tower!"
Lin Na lunged forward, but Lu Qing easily sent her flying with a single palm strike.
At the same time, Lu Qing retrieved the demon into the Demon Suppression Tower and resealed it.
The surrounding gale subsided, and everything returned to calm.
Lin Na stood up shakily, staring incredulously at the wound on Lu Qing's chest:
"How is this possible! You're clearly injured, so how can you still be so strong?"
Lu Qing looked down at her chest:
"Your plan worked, but not entirely. The injury is real, just not that serious."
"My heart is protected by a defensive array; all weapons can only wound the skin, not the inside. Therefore... your revenge has failed!"
Lu Qing smiled at Lin Na, then notified Wang Yanjun to come over.
