Lan Yin smiled even more gently, her eyes crinkling and her long eyelashes fluttering slightly: "And then?"
As soon as he finished speaking, more small blue fish swam out from behind the coral. They were like blue butterflies, gathering around Lan Yin. Their fish tails, as thin as gauze, resembled blooming blue flowers.
Several small fish nuzzled Lan Yin's fingers. Lan Yin pointed at Yu Wanwan and said, "Go there."
The fish received the instruction and swam towards Yu Wanwan, affectionately sidling up to her.
Yu Wanwan reached out her hand, and the little fish gently touched her fingers, making them ticklish.
A little fish opened its mouth wide and bit her fingertip, but it had no teeth, so it didn't hurt at all.
Yu Wanwan became interested and twirled her finger. A small vortex appeared from her fingertip. As soon as the little fish opened its mouth, it was sucked into the vortex and spun around several times.
Surrounded by blue-tailed fish, Yu Wanwan felt as if she had fallen into a blue sea of stars.
Yu Wanwan chuckled softly. The little fish chased after her, following her wherever she went, even supporting her body and carrying her as she swam in the seawater.
Lan Yin stared at her intently, completely mesmerized. He was completely captivated by her, his gaze following the girl's slender, fair fingertips, unwilling to look away for even a moment.
Even after a thousand years, he would remember this scene clearly.
As the saying goes, bullies prey on the weak and fear the strong. The blue-tailed fish seemed to sense Yu Wanwan's weakness and clung to her, swaying her around in the seawater. The fish caught in the whirlpool remembered the earlier grudge and joined forces with the other blue-tailed fish, leading Yu Wanwan in circles.
When they had spun her around enough, the bluetail fish put her down. Yu Wanwan was seeing stars from all the spinning, and Lanyin quickly reached out to support her.
Yu Wanwan rubbed her head, and it took her a while to recover.
A little blue fish swam up to Yu Wanwan, circled around her head and tail several times, then nudged her face before quickly wagging its tail and running away.
Yu Wanwan recognized it almost immediately; it was the same fish that had been caught in the whirlpool and had just ganged up on her.
Her cheeks puffed up with anger. She grabbed Lan Yin's hand, pointed at the swimming blue-tailed fish, and exclaimed excitedly, "Lan Yin, they're bullying me!"
The little female's eyes were wide and round, she was really cute. Lan Yin tapped her forehead with her long finger: "Then I'll go and teach them a lesson for you."
His eyes were full of a mocking smile, and Yu Wanwan felt a little embarrassed.
She pouted: "Never mind, they were probably just joking."
She's a grown woman, she's not going to bother with a tiny fish that's not even as thick as a finger. She was just dizzy from being spun around, which is why she had to ask Lan Yin to help her get back at him.
Lan Yin, however, said with feigned seriousness, "How can we let it go? Females are so precious, they absolutely cannot be bullied."
As he spoke, he swam into the school of fish, flicking his tail.
Yu Wanwan was worried that he would really be so stubborn as to take action, but Lan Yin mingled into the school of fish and swam happily, followed by countless blue-tailed fish. At first glance, he looked a bit like a boss leading his group of underlings.
Seeing him swimming happily, Yu Wanwan crossed her arms and snorted.
Lanyin is a big liar; she was just making excuses to go out and have fun.
Lan Yin swam over and circled Yu Wanwan several times. The blue-tailed fish followed his path, circling Yu Wanwan like a shimmering ribbon.
"Wanwan, don't be angry, let's be together."
Lan Yin grabbed Yu Wanwan's hand and swam with her.
His dark blue hair brushed against Yu Wanwan's hand, and when Yu Wanwan's little finger hooked, it was immediately wrapped around his soft, seaweed-like hair.
Her broad fish tail would occasionally brush against her.
Yu Wanwan glanced down, and the next second, she was suddenly pulled by a strong force and crashed straight into Lan Yin's arms.
Lan Yin wrapped his arms around her waist, his strong arms contrasting sharply with her slender waist.
The impact was quite solid. Yu Wanwan rubbed her head and looked up at Lan Yin, only to find that his gaze was fixed on somewhere else, and he looked very serious.
"Lanyin, what's wrong?" Yu Wanwan asked softly.
Lan Yin hugged her even tighter, pressing her index finger to her lips: "Someone's coming, don't make a sound."
Yu Wanwan covered her mouth tightly with her hand in fear, afraid that she would make a sound.
Lan Yin carried her and swam around to the back of the large coral before putting her down: "Wanwan, wait for me here, I'll be back soon."
Yu Wanwan nodded obediently.
Lan Yin stroked her hair like she was petting a dog, then swam away, swaying her fishtail.
Leaning against the coral, Yu Wanwan carefully concealed herself, patiently waiting for Lanyin to return.
Suddenly, Yu Wanwan felt something pushing her shoulder. She turned her head and saw several blue-tailed fish perched on her shoulder, trying to push her forward.
Yu Wanwan was pushed aside a little, creating a gap, but soon more blue-tailed fish squeezed in, trying to push Yu Wanwan away.
"Don't push me, don't push me, we'll be found out."
Yu Wanwan tried to grab the coral, but although these fish were small, when hundreds of them gathered together, they were very strong. Yu Wanwan was quickly pushed away from behind the coral and fell into the seaweed bushes next to her.
She tried to get up, but the blue-tailed fish held her down, preventing her from moving.
Suddenly, an unfamiliar voice came from beside her, and Yu Wanwan stiffened, supporting herself on her elbows, afraid to move.
"Huh? What's this weird little pit here?"
"Why do they look a bit like the footprints of a hot-blooded orc?"
Yu Wanwan's heart skipped a beat, and she dared not move any further. She slowly pressed her body against the ground, trying to minimize her presence.
