Yu Wanwan stepped forward and gently tugged at his finger: "Zewu, don't be too sad. Even so, it's good that you can live on in everyone's place."
She didn't want Zewu to be so sad; she wanted to comfort him.
But upon hearing Yu Wanwan's voice, his previously bewildered expression suddenly turned cold. He grabbed Yu Wanwan and stared at her with an almost ferocious look: "What's the use of me living alone! I don't want to become a god at all! I only want my people!"
Yu Wanwan had never seen Ze Wu like this before; at this moment, he was filled with intense wariness towards everyone.
Ze Wu's eyes were bloodshot. He leaned closer and glared dangerously at Yu Wanwan: "You're a traitor too! Weren't you supposed to be the medium for transmitting the power of the Beast God? Why are you so useless? Why can't you resist the Dark Breath?"
If each spirit flower could transmit a stronger power, wouldn't his people have been spared from death?
Yu Wanwan was completely taken aback by his yelling. Ze Wu would never speak to her so fiercely, let alone take his anger out on her for no reason.
She was still holding Zewu's hand, staring blankly at him.
Zewu was on the verge of collapse. All the anger and sorrow in his heart were vented on Yu Wanwan after he saw her.
In Ze Wu's eyes at this moment, Yu Wanwan was on the side of the Beast God.
“Ze Wu, it’s not like that…” Yu Wanwan tried to explain, but Ze Wu suddenly lifted her up high and slammed her toward Mirror Lake.
