One of the orcs waved his hand, his face full of indifference: "It's just a snake beast. Let that little female abandon him. I'll find her a few other orcs with decent strength to be her companions."
Upon hearing about the matter of pairing up, the beastmen present all became eager to give their children to Yu Wanwan.
"Yes, yes, I can introduce my baby to her, the little female will definitely like it."
“I have two at home too.”
"Come on, those two at your house are so weak, my little female would prefer them."
They discussed it animatedly and had already made a decision for Yu Wanwan, booking several tiger-clan beastmen for her.
In the end, their conversation even shifted from getting married to having children, with them discussing whether Yu Wanwan's physique was suitable for giving birth to a healthy baby for her partner, and how to maximize conception during mating.
Bai Jing, who had been silent all along, suddenly narrowed his eyes and looked coldly at the orcs in front of him.
However, their emotions were so intense that they didn't even notice Bai Jing's gaze.
Realizing that Bai Jing was about to get angry, the witch doctor raised his hand to suppress their voices, but he was not usually in charge of the tribe's affairs, and now not a single orc listened to him.
Bai Jing suddenly stood up, and the powerful aura emanating from him made the orcs present afraid to even breathe.

One of the orcs snorted, "My cub is so good, what female wouldn't like him?"
The witch doctor wiped his brow: "We'll talk about the pairing later. Let's discuss how to settle the snake beast first."
Several older orcs exchanged glances, and one of them stepped forward: "How else should they be settled? Of course, they should be kicked out."
"Exactly, what good can come of a snake beast staying in a tribe?"
"Bai Jing, if you want to be the clan leader, you must drive the snake beast out."
The atmosphere froze again.
Bai Jing sneered: "Whether I want to be the clan leader or not is not something you few can decide."
Bai Jing's words caused an uproar among the old orcs present, who all stood up and rebuked him: "Bai Jing, what are you saying?"
"You haven't even become the clan leader yet, and you're already so arrogant."
The beastmen started talking all at once again, determined to give Bai Jing a hard time.
The witch doctor was now filled with regret; he should never have let those troublesome orcs come along to discuss things.
Despite holding no official position in the tribe, they insist on controlling Bai Jing's decisions. If Bai Jing yields today, these people will definitely try to take advantage of him in everything, thinking he's easy to bully. But if this stalemate continues, everyone will part on bad terms, damaging the tribe's relationship. And if Bai Jing becomes completely disillusioned with the tribe and leaves, let's see what these people will do then.
The witch doctor snapped, "Stop arguing!"
The crowd quieted down.
“Bai Jing is right. The position of chieftain cannot be decided by just a few of us. How about this, we will hold a tribal assembly in a few days and let the tribesmen vote on the position of chieftain and the fate of the snake beast.”
After Bai Jing left, the witch doctor grabbed the few orcs who still felt they had been cheated, and angrily demanded, "What's wrong with you people! Can't you figure out what's going on?"
“Witch doctor, we are all doing this for the sake of the tribe.”
"Enough." The witch doctor raised his hand to stop him: "Do you think I don't know what you're thinking? Just because you served the old chieftain, do you think the tribe can't do without you?"
"It's not that Bai Jing wants to be the chieftain now, but the tribe is begging Bai Jing to come back and be the chieftain. They even want his partner to take your child. What does your child look like? Is he good enough for Wanwan?!"
Hearing the witch doctor belittle his own offspring like that, the orcs' expressions turned sour.

He now understands that even when the tribe is facing a life-or-death crisis, there are still a few cancerous elements causing trouble. Instead of thinking about restoring the tribe's strength as soon as possible to fight against the elephant tribe, they are only thinking about how to protect their own interests.
If things continue like this, the tribe might as well give up on its counterattack against the elephant tribe and just surrender. That way, the tribespeople might be able to save their lives.
The witch doctor grew angrier and angrier as he thought about it, and sat on the stone stool for a long time without saying a word.
Meanwhile, Bai Jing had already returned to his cave.
From afar, he spotted Yu Wanwan fiddling with something in front of the door.
