Chapter 17: Rage (Overhaul)

When Jiang Xi entered the room, it was still early for class and there were only a few people in the classroom. The nun was not there, and most of the students had no interest in reading. They all gathered together, making the place look crowded, as if something new had happened.

She glanced at it, showing no interest, and turned away.

"Good morning!" Sun Ting greeted.

Jiang Xi had always been willing to pay more attention to this deskmate who had shared joys and sorrows with him. The corners of his mouth curved up: "Good morning."

As soon as they sat down, Sun Ting pursed her lips and whispered in Liu Yun's ear: "Look over there, Chen Jing's father bought her a Swarovski necklace, and Liu Yun is so proud..."

Jiang Xi never understood little girls' logic. "What does this have to do with Liu Yun?"

"Who knows?" Sun Ting shrugged. "Maybe it's the weird sense of pride I feel for having a rich best friend..."

Jiang Xi was silent for a moment, then glanced over there. Sure enough, he saw Liu Yun, head held high, chattering like a machine gun, praising Chen Jing from head to toe, and even pulling out a comparison to lie dead:

"Unlike some people, I heard that their family even sold their house, but... they still act like goddesses every day. Speaking of which, she wears black frames and holds the toilet lid up every day. Could she have accidentally disfigured herself? Even so, she still keeps hooking Lu Hao. She is shameless and invincible."

There are few students who are so vicious.

Chen Jing was so anxious that she stopped her: "Xiao Yun, stop talking! This is not what Jiang Xi wants."

Jiang Xi watched coldly, but Sun Ting couldn't bear to see her goddess being insulted: "What are you talking about? Your mouth stinks. Did you eat dog shit this morning?!"

Good job.

In the past, if someone dared to say that, Jiang Xi would have confronted them head-on. Unfortunately, she was now living a peaceful life, so she just gave Liu Yun a look, letting her figure it out for herself, and said calmly:

"Sun Ting, how can we humans be so ignorant as dogs? Be good."

Lu Zhuer laughed out loud in the back, and leaned over the table, laughing "Hahahaha", and fell down with laughter. She liked this girl's temperament.

"Jiang Xi, who are you calling a dog?"

"Whoever responds is the winner." Sun Ting winked at Jiang Xi.

Jiang Xi didn't look at anyone, and slowly packed his schoolbag. After all the homework books were put away, he slowly said, "Sun Ting, we should be kind in our speech. Otherwise, we are really worse than dogs."

In fact, this statement has already broken the character's character a bit.

But Jiang Xi didn't care. A day at the coffee shop was worth half a month's worth of school time. She didn't want Liu Yun to be bullied and not fight back, becoming a pushover who could be bullied by anyone.

In fact, students are more eager to take revenge. If Jiang Xi continues to be as weak as before, people will look down on him. But now he retorted with dirty words, leaving Liu Yun speechless, which made people look at him with more respect.

[Ding, popularity value increased by five.]

Jiang Xi raised his eyebrows: Is this okay?

Chen Jing pulled Liu Yun to sit down and acted as a peacemaker: "Xiaoxi, Yunyun didn't mean it, don't mind it."

If Jiang Xi minds this, he will seem petty; if he doesn't mind it, he will feel short of breath.

Sun Ting's temperament has changed drastically recently. She seemed like a completely different person when it came to Jiang Xi's affairs. "Chen Jing, why do you sound so offensive?"

"If one day I don't like you and I hit you with a knife, and then I tell you it wasn't intentional, will you forgive me?"

Chen Jing was speechless. She was originally the second most beautiful girl in the class, second only to Jiang Xi. With almond eyes, a pointed chin, and fair skin, she looked like a beautiful girl from a small family. She also spoke softly and gently, making her very popular in the class, both among the girls and boys. If Sun Ting continued to criticize Liu Yun, everyone would just watch. But when she criticized Chen Jing, some people started to join in:

"Sun Ting, Chen Jing means well. We are all classmates. Let's go."

Jiang Xi looked at Chen Jing intently and suddenly smiled: "Chen Jing, your necklace is so beautiful."

Chen Jing blushed, "Thank you."

"You're welcome." Jiang Xi wanted to play some tricks: "I heard... you like Lu Hao?"

Chen Jing denied it hastily, "No, no..." As she spoke, her breath weakened again.

There is no silver here.

Jiang Xi felt bad for her, but she was a person without sympathy. Since Liu Yun stepped on her, she had to have some fun in return: "Classmate Chen, to be honest, there's really nothing going on between Lu Hao and me right now, and there won't be any in the future. But your best friend..."

She smiled innocently: "Are you sure she is doing this because she shares the same hatred with you, or... something else?"

This is not a hint, it is an explicit statement.

Chen Jing's flushed face immediately turned pale. Liu Yun waved her hands in panic, "Jingjing, don't listen to Jiang Xi's nonsense. I, I..."

No matter how vicious she was, she was still a sixteen-year-old girl. To have her thoughts exposed in public was no less than running naked in the street. The string in Liu Yun's head broke, and she rushed out, covering her face.

Jiang Xi sat down silently.

Lu Zhuer poked her from behind and gave her a thumbs up: "Lady, you are so great, so great, so murderous."

"Thank you."

Jiang Xi completely let himself go.

Sun Ting's eyes sparkled, and she felt that she had seen the heroine Jiang who was in high spirits and met and killed gods in Gui City again.

After that, Liu Yun didn't dare to touch the tiger's whiskers anymore. When she saw Jiang Xi from afar, she would avoid him as if he had seen an evil spirit. Without the flies buzzing around his ears, Jiang Xi felt that even the air was fresher.

There were large classes in the morning, and Jiang Xi found it quite difficult to follow them. She felt dizzy after the whole morning. Sun Ting brought her lunch from the cafeteria. She took a few bites and then lay listlessly on the table.

Sun Ting looked at her with concern: "Xiaoxi, are you feeling unwell?"

Jiang Xi covered her stomach and opened her mouth to indicate, "My period hurts."
