The next day at noon, Reeves brought Ao Guanhai to the gate of Chicago People's Hospital.
"What are we going to do next?" Ao Guanhai asked. "I think the police will be closely protecting this drug maker. It will be difficult for us to take action."
Ribs took out two white coats that he had prepared in advance and handed one to Ao Guanhai.
"Put this on and act accordingly." Reeves said, "After I enter the ward, you just stand guard at the door and don't let anyone in. I will finish as soon as possible."
Ribs and Ao Guanhai, one white and one black, wore white coats and pretended to be doctors as they strode into the Chicago People's Hospital.
The drug-making boy was placed in a separate emergency room on the 19th floor of the inpatient building.
The two of them quickly crossed the lobby and came to the elevator, where they walked into the elevator with a white patient in an automatic wheelchair.
Originally, both of them thought that they were pretending very well and would not be discovered.
But at this time, the white patient in the elevator asked: "What are you two doing?"
Both of them were puzzled. Ribs shook his white coat and said, "Sir, can't you see what we do?"
"Hahahaha!" The white patient burst out laughing. "Just look at the two of you with such a nonchalant demeanor! Those white coats are obviously stolen! Besides, there aren't any black doctors at Chicago People's Hospital! Hahahaha!"
The two of them then looked at each other, and seemed to feel that they were indeed not pretending to be doctors, and even a patient could see through them.
"What should we do, man? This definitely won't work!" Ao Guanhai asked Ribs with some concern.
They were almost there, but Ribs didn't know how to solve the problem.
The patient beside him laughed again when he heard what Ao Guanhai said: "Who calls a doctor "fellow"? I think you are some hooligans from outside! And you black brother, look at you shameless! You look so skinny! You act like a patient better than a doctor!"
When the two heard what the white patient said, they looked at his hospital gown and wheelchair, and their eyes suddenly lit up!
Ao Guanhai immediately stopped the elevator.
Ribs pushed the white patient's wheelchair. Ao Guanhai covered his mouth and quickly pushed him out of the elevator and into an empty stairwell nearby.
The white patient looked at the two men in horror, "No, man! I was just saying it casually, you really have to pretend to be sick!"
"Stop talking nonsense! Come down quickly and take off your clothes!" said Australia.
"I'm in a wheelchair and I'm paralyzed on one side. How can I get down?!" the white patient replied.
The two men didn't waste any more time talking to him. They just lifted the white patient off the wheelchair and quickly stripped off his clothes.
Ao Guanhai changed into the hospital gown, got into the wheelchair, and then draped his white coat over the white patient and said, "You stay right here! If you dare to run around, I'll beat you to death!"
The white patient sat on the stairs, wanting to cry but unable to. "Man, I'm paralyzed! I can't run even if I want to!"
Ribs ignored the patient and pushed Ao Guanhai out of the stairwell and took the elevator to the 19th floor again.
At this time, it was exactly 12 o'clock.
As the elevator door opened, I bumped into two policemen in uniform who were about to change shifts.
Ao Guanhai sat in a wheelchair, his head and eyes tilted, his mouth drooling, and his arms shaking. Even the two police officers felt a little sorry for him and kindly asked Reeves, "Doctor, do you need any help?"
"Oh no, no! No!"
After the two police officers left in the elevator, Ribs pushed Ao Guanhai to the door of the drug-making brother's ward.
"Man, your acting skills are amazing! You can go to Hollywood. Today it depends on you. Watch at the door and don't let anyone in!" After saying that, Reeves went straight into the ward.
This ward is very large, and the drug-making guy's bed is placed in the center.
Ribs slowly approached and saw that the younger brother had various tubes inserted into his body, and various medical devices on the side were flashing colorful lights.
My brother's condition seemed to have stabilized. There was an oxygen tube in his nostrils and his chest was rising and falling slowly with his breathing.
Ribs looked at his younger brother lying on the hospital bed and said silently, "Brother! You are guilty of the serious crime of drug manufacturing. Even if I don't kill you, you will have to spend your whole life in prison, which is worse than death."
"Besides, you were shot five times. I don't think you can be cured! Even if you are cured, you will still have to drool and walk around with your zither on."
"Today, I'll give you some relief! If you see God, please say a few good words for me. If you go to hell, it's your own fault."
While talking to himself, Reeves pulled a nearby cart over and put the wheel of the cart on his brother's oxygen tube.
At this moment, a voice suddenly came from outside: "Sir, please move aside! I need to go in and record the patient's condition!"
A nurse saw Ao Guanhai at the door of the ward and wanted to reach out and push his wheelchair away.
Ao Guanhai suddenly started twitching straight up, foaming at the mouth.
The nurse screamed in fear, "Sir, sir, what's wrong with you? Don't worry, hold on! I'll go find a doctor!"
In the ward, the drug-making boy's breathing became more and more rapid. His body had sensed that there was less and less oxygen. His face turned red and he was breathing hard, but it was no use.
After about thirty seconds, my brother's breathing became weaker and weaker, until the heartbeat graph on the machine next to him turned into a straight line.
