Daniel asked, "Frank, how are you doing? Is there anything I can help you with?"
"Yes! Of course!" Frank replied immediately, "I just don't know if you're willing to help me, Director!"
"What's the matter? We're all friends, just tell me straight out! Stop keeping me in suspense!"
"Okay, okay! Then I'll just say it straight."
Frank then spoke up, "Last time, your branch director, Jerry, arrested me for 24 hours for no reason, causing considerable losses to our foundation..."
"Oh, I know about that..." Daniel said, "Didn't you tell the reporters that you were going to sue the Chicago Police Department?"
"Oh no no no! That's just an excuse. How dare I sue you!"
Frank said, "But this incident has really affected my reputation. Can you please...deal with Chief Jerry? I've been wronged!"
"Well, Jerry was definitely wrong, but he released you within 24 hours, so he didn't violate any rules..." Daniel said, a little embarrassed. "How about this! I ask him to write a self-criticism, admit his mistakes, and apologize to you?"
