Jerry ignored him and yelled at the two officers, "Go, cuff this guy!"
The two policemen immediately raised their guns, took out handcuffs, and walked towards Frank.
"What! You still want to handcuff me? I'm a charity fund manager! I haven't broken any law, why are you torturing me?" Frank shouted in shock.
"Stop pretending, Frank!" Jerry said. "You're not even a foundation manager! You're the boss of the Hell's Angels! Who else should I arrest?"
"What Hell's Angels! What nonsense are you talking about! I'm just here to fix my car!"
Frank was dragged to Jerry's side by two police officers. His face suddenly changed and he cursed loudly: "This is an illegal arrest! You don't have any evidence. I will make you pay the price! Jerry!"
Two police officers grabbed Flack and put him directly into the police car.
In the distance, Ribs was hiding in the car and saw this scene clearly.
Although he couldn't hear what Frank said, when he saw Frank being arrested, he knew that the mission must have been accomplished!
