Tang Nannan had been lowering her head until she finally raised it.
"Are you feeling better?"
Ye Luoxuan leaned on the railing with his arms folded, looking up at the moon in the sky.
"You're so good at talking?" Tang Nannan looked at Ye Luoxuan.
"I've only said this to you." Although Ye Luoxuan felt a little embarrassed when Tang Nannan looked at him, he still said it seriously.
Tang Nannan leaned on the railing with a timid shoulder. "Who knows?"
After a moment, Ye Luoxuan turned his head and looked at Tang Nannan.
"What would you like to drink today?" Qi Yu, who was standing at the bar, asked as he watched Wu Ximo push the door open with a canvas bag on his back.
"Mocha" Wu Ximo walked to the double table and put down his bag.
"Wait a moment." After wiping the last coffee cup clean, Qi Yu casually hung the coffee cup on the rack.
After watching Qi Yu grind coffee, Wu Ximo pulled out a chair and sat down, flipping through Shakespeare's plays.
"Your coffee" heard the sound of the coffee cup hitting the table, and saw Qi Yu wearing a white base shirt and a brown apron.
"Thank you." Wu Ximo put down the book, picked up the coffee, put it to his nose and sniffed it gently, "It's the smell I like."
Qi Yu smiled lightly and looked at the book on the wooden table. "Do you like reading this book too?"
Wu Ximo put down the coffee and said, "Of course I like it."
“When you feel lost, read Shakespeare, and perhaps you will find the answer.”
Wu Ximo crossed his legs and placed his hands on his knees.
"But, to put it bluntly, it's just chicken soup for the soul." Qi Yu put the book down.
"Yes, that's true. Don't humans like to escape reality? So often these inspirational quotes can, to some extent, have a very soothing effect."
Wu Ximo stretched out his hand and snapped his fingers beautifully in front of Qi Yu.
Qi Yu nodded, and when he was about to leave, Wu Ximo stopped him.
"etc"
He stopped, his eyes searching. "What's wrong?"
Looking at Qi Yu's expression, Wu Ximo felt like laughing for some reason: "Why are you so serious?"
Bend your fingers and tap the table to make the word "sit".
Looking at Qi Yu's serious and well-behaved appearance, Wu Ximo seemed a little cunning.
"Why are you so serious?" Wu Ximo supported his neck and looked at Qi Yu.
"Hey, you're such a weird person! I've met a lot of people, but I haven't seen many like you." He stirred the coffee cup with a spoon. "Are all people who know how to make coffee so docile and sweet?"
It seemed like he was asking Qi Yu, but also like he was asking himself.
"Why aren't you talking again?" Wu Ximo asked deliberately, looking at Qi Yu who was sitting opposite him.
"I... don't know what to say." Qi Yu glanced at Wu Ximo, then returned his gaze to the table and spoke slowly.
Is he shy?!
"I've always been curious. A coffee shop like this is enough to support your living expenses. Why do you still want to be a taxi driver?"
When Wu Ximo said this, his eyes were still looking around wantonly.
"Maybe that's the case for most people?" Qi Yu said calmly, looking at the coffee cup on the table. "But, I'm enjoying it."
“Many times, people think about how to survive in this world and how to get more money from benefits, but I live for myself.”
Listening to Qi Yu's words, Wu Ximo thought that it was indeed true.
There are 7.6 billion people living on this planet, but only a very few of them have such open-minded ideas.
"You are such an interesting person." He straightened up, picked up the coffee cup in front of him and drank it all in one gulp.
