"Your Majesty." Just then, a palace guard pushed open the door and entered.
"What is it?" Louis XIV was furious. The thought that Queen Anne might be having an affair with the Duke of Buckingham made him tremble with rage.
“There were thousands of ships on the sea. These ships were enormous and we had never seen them before.”
Upon hearing this, Louis XIV felt a jolt run through his body.
He had just wanted to kill the Duke of Buckingham.
But the thought of thousands of ships appearing on the sea is unbearable.
He couldn't think of anyone other than the Duke of Buckingham's fleet that could field several thousand ships at once.
"That beast Buckingham, is he really that impatient? For the sake of my Queen Anna, he actually sent troops to attack."
Just then, Queen Anna followed Constance in.
Louis XIV quickly filled in the blanks with what had happened in the past half hour.
He got angrier and angrier the more he thought about it.
Queen Anne approached Louis XIV and asked, "Your Majesty, what's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?"
"Quickly, send a doctor to take a look."
Before she finished speaking, Queen Anne reached out and touched Louis XIV's forehead.
Louis XIV reached out and slapped Queen Anne's hand away: "I just want to ask you, where did you go just now?"
"I touched up my makeup in the restroom, and when I came out, I ran into a waiter," Queen Anna said without batting an eye.
