He was willing to surrender just for a bite to eat. He didn't know her background, but after seeing those grain carts, he clearly stated that he wanted to surrender. Who knows if she would betray him in the future.
It is still unknown whether the supply will hinder her or become her fighting force.
Chang Ying was slightly startled. "Women's Army?"
"Yes, an army composed entirely of women. We will head all the way to Kyoto and recruit people along the way to slowly expand the army." Wei Xiyin did not hide it from him.
While talking, they had already walked near the tent.
Gong Chun and Dong Zhiyao set up the tent and opened the curtain. The two of them and Wei Lang were sitting inside to rest.
As soon as Wei Xiyin entered, she sat on the futon and told them about her idea of recruiting the women's army, wanting to hear their opinions.
"More than 80% of them know some martial arts, but we don't know how strong they are, what their skills are, and whether they can fight in battle is also unknown."
Anyway, I just have this idea, and I don’t understand anything else.
But they had to hurry on their way and had no time to stay and check on the ladies, especially since some of them were sick.
Gong Chun sat at the other end, clasping his fingers lightly on his knees, and said with a smile, "Actually, our opinions are not important. The girl must have already made up her mind, but she just couldn't make up her mind, so she asked casually."
Dong Zhiyao couldn't help but look sideways at him, and he agreed very much in his heart.
Wei Wuniang has been a person with her own ideas since she was a child, and their opinions are not important.
"If you want to form one, go ahead. It's just a little food. If the results aren't satisfactory, you can just send them back to the fort to work."
Dong Zhiyao said, "As for their loyalty, you can keep them by your side for a while and observe them. Unless they have other motives, people who are just trying to survive won't easily turn against us if they have food."
Otherwise, there would be no origin of the saying "a meal of grace".
How to accommodate the sick is a difficult problem.
[I want to say something off topic: because the geographical locations are written in great detail, many people are discussing the issue of maps. I have talked about this in the book circle, and I will give a unified answer here.
This actually stems from my laziness at the beginning. I was too lazy to think about place names when constructing the outline, so I used the map of the Thirteen States of the Eastern Han Dynasty. However, because it is a post-apocalyptic theme, in order to prevent children from being overly involved, I privately broke up the locations of the states and made adjustments. It is a fictitious theme, so you don't need to delve into it.
Regarding the inconsistent response from readers, sometimes calling them monsters, sometimes zombies. This is of course because only the heroine and her friends call them zombies. Unless it is the heroine or the people around her who are narrating or thinking about the world, they are all called monsters. If they really had to call them zombies, it would be a minor bug.
Also, a lot of people have asked for maps and such. I'm a terrible at drawing, so when I set up the outline, I just took a piece of A4 paper and marked it all up. It was very simple, with only place names, so I don't want to show it off. Please feel free to imagine the map (snickering).
