They let out one last roar.
That was a piercing, painful scream.
This startled Wang Lan, instantly pulling him back to reality.
The earthen waves were already close at hand, and Wang Lan felt his body trembling.
"Mu Chen!"
He shouted, then grabbed Sun Muchen in his arms, turned around, and leaped backward, landing on the butterfly's wing.
Unexpectedly, the wings were exceptionally hard, providing Wang Lan with a good foothold. He then stomped down hard, his calf muscles tensing instantly, becoming as hard as steel, and a tremendous burst of power erupted from his calf.
Wang Lan jumped up again, and this time the height was much higher than any of his previous jumps.
The rolling waves of earth swallowed the butterfly's wings.
Wang Lan had reached the highest point and began to fall.
