Chapter 134 Deep Sea Alien Race

It delivered Wang Lan to Sun Muchen's side.

The next moment, more vines extended from the dark clouds, intertwining with each other and twisting into a thick, long vine rope that reached towards the tree trunk.

The vines spun rapidly along the tree trunk, quickly coiling around it like a giant coil, encircling the monster from the deep sea. Then, the vines suddenly snapped shut and slammed into the trunk with a loud thud.

Moments later, red blood began to flow from the gaps between the vines.

Sun Muchen was taken aback. "This...this, this!"

Wang Lan was also suddenly startled: "This skill is so powerful, why didn't you use it sooner!"

However, as soon as he finished speaking, Wang Lan noticed that one section of the vine suddenly split open, revealing a huge crack. A strange monster crawled out of it, followed by a second and a third!

As more monsters appeared, more and more cracks appeared on the vines. These cracks then widened, becoming clearly visible fissures from which more and more monsters crawled out, constantly gnawing at the vines.

Moreover, these monsters were eating very quickly, and the vines were disappearing at a visible rate.

now.

The vines spread out, but they were already broken and fragmented. Some of the broken vines fell directly down, hitting the alien monsters below and smashing them into a bloody pulp before falling into the sea.

And so the tree's vines open and then retract.

The vines that were still connected to the clouds were now tattered and broken, with many monsters hanging on them. They were either climbing up the vines or gnawing on them. As they continued to eat, the scales on their bodies became harder and harder, and even revealed a metallic luster.

Several more vines fell from the dark clouds.

The tree said, "It's time for you two, father and daughter, to make your move. These monsters are too small, but their destructive power is too great. Due to my size, I am at a disadvantage in fighting them!"

"call--"

Wang Lan took a deep breath and raised the Vajra Umbrella.

"Old plan: I'll fight alongside this kid, while the girl launches a ranged attack. Let's begin!"

The words fell silent.

Wang Lan leaped into the air.

The vines fell from the sky, catching Wang Lan and carrying him toward the rest of the vines covered with monsters.

The wind howled fiercely in his ears. Wang Lan leaped upwards, his feet barely touching the ground as he leaped towards the monster on the vines. The Vajra Umbrella slashed down suddenly.

"when!"

A crisp, metallic clang rang out, and Wang Lan immediately felt a sharp pain in his hand. Although the monster in front of him screamed, the attack had not killed it; instead, it had enraged it.

The monster spread its arms and slapped its head wildly, as if this would alleviate the pain. The other monsters saw their companion was injured and rushed over, running and jumping.

Wang Lan's first attack failed, and he landed on the vines. He raised the Vajra Umbrella again and brought it down on the monster in front of him once more.

After being injured twice in succession, the monster finally kicked its legs and collapsed. But just then, Wang Lan suddenly heard a strange roar behind him. He hurriedly turned around and was shocked to find dozens of monsters crawling up the vines behind him.

Wang Lan knew perfectly well that these monsters had become much stronger after eating the vines, so he didn't confront them directly. Instead, he leaped towards another vine.

Before the monsters behind could react, they rushed past, broke free of the vines, and fell downwards. However, a few monsters managed to stop in time and pounced on Wang Lan.

After Wang Lan landed on the vines, he pretended to throw the Vajra Umbrella behind him.

After another evolution of the C system, Wang Lan's power has reached a new level. The power of the Vajra Umbrella he threw out is comparable to that of the arrows empowered by Sun Muchen's energy.

The tip of the umbrella pierced the neck of the first monster instantly. The immense force did not diminish the throwing speed of the Vajra Umbrella at all, propelling it backward. Several "plop plop plop" sounds rang out as the Vajra Umbrella, like a string of candied hawthorns, pierced through several monsters, continuing to sweep backward until it pinned several monsters to the vines behind it before finally stopping.

And beneath the vines.

A blue, streaking arrow flashed past.

That was Sun Muchen continuously shooting arrows. With the large tree providing a constant source of energy, Sun Muchen was not worried about his blue energy running out. So the blue light was like a meteor shower, rushing down one after another.

When it lands on the tree trunk, the stream of light transforms into ripples that spread outwards, engulfing the alien monsters and causing them to explode into clouds of blood mist mixed with bits of flesh.

Wang Lan, who was on the vines, was shocked to see this.

As expected, Sun Muchen's strength after his evolution is not to be underestimated!

"Tree!"

Wang Lan shouted.

Upon hearing the sound, the tree manipulated the vines that the Vajra Umbrella was attached to, giving them a sharp shake that knocked the monster's corpse off the umbrella. Then, the vines bounced, sending the Vajra Umbrella flying back into Wang Lan's hand.

Wang Lan reached out and caught the Vajra Umbrella, then charged towards the oncoming monsters once more.

At this moment, the vines were constantly building bridges around Wang Lan. While this provided the monsters with more room to move around, it also made Wang Lan's attacks more flexible. In addition, several vines were constantly weaving through the area. As if by divine intervention, whenever Wang Lan lost his footing and was about to fall, these vines were always able to save him in time.
