"Whoosh—whoosh—"
Jiang Nian'an leaned against the corner of the wall, panting heavily.
She has been killing zombies for a full three hours since she woke up this morning.
The number of crystal cores he had increased from the original sixty-one to more than three hundred and sixty.
And her own physical strength was also nearing its limit.
Seeing the zombies surrounding her again, Jiang Nian'an turned and ran.
I'm outta here, I can't cut anymore.
Jiang Nian'an ran all the way to a large shopping mall and then stopped.
To the left of the shopping mall was a dark mass of zombies, pacing back and forth in place.
The streets behind were also overrun by zombies.
To her right were hundreds of zombies relentlessly pursuing her.
But at that moment, they all rushed towards her.
It seems the only option is to hide in this shopping mall first.
The door handle had been tightly bound from the inside with rope and tape.
Jiang Nian'an took out a knife, reached through the crack in the door, and with a few quick pulls, cut the rope and tape inside. Then she quickly opened the door and slipped inside.
Then he took out a large U-shaped padlock.
As soon as I locked the door, zombies pounced outside.
Dark blue claws scratched and clawed incessantly at the door.
Then he was squeezed against the door by his companions behind him.
The gate was rattling and swaying precariously as they squeezed it.
However, there is a revolving door inside.
Jiang Nian'an wasn't worried that they would break in in large numbers all at once.
Moreover, once she was no longer their target, the zombies would quickly disperse.
She quickly passed through the revolving doors and entered the shopping mall.
The shopping mall was pitch black; the emergency lights had long since stopped working without being replenished.
Just as Jiang Nian'an was about to take out her flashlight, a chair came crashing down on her, accompanied by a furious shout: "Die, monster!"
Jiang Nian'an quickly retreated, and the chair crashed to the ground with a loud bang.
Then a whole bunch of unknown things came crashing down on her.
Jiang Nian'an's eyes twitched, and she retreated back to the vicinity of the revolving door.
After a series of crackling sounds, the voices of the survivors came from behind the counter.
"Is he dead?"
"You're dead!"
Jiang Nian'an looked at the things that had been smashed to the ground, her lips twitching.
A frying pan, a small stool, a spatula, an empty suitcase, and the ability to rely on others...
The most lethal weapon is the small hammer.
Jiang Nian'an: "..."
How can you kill zombies like this?
Putting everything else aside, just take that "self-reliant" weapon...
What can you do with that?!
Let the zombies use it to tickle their itch!
(¬д¬。).
"Sorry~" Jiang Nian'an snapped on her flashlight. "I'm still alive."
"Ah! The monster is talking! She's not dead yet!" a survivor screamed in fright.
His voice excited the zombies banging on the door even more, making them bang on it even harder.
"Idiot, shut up! That's a human voice, and your voice is just getting those zombie monsters excited!"
Then another reprimanding voice rang out.
Jiang Nian'an: "......"
Hey, you seem pretty energetic.
She walked in with a flashlight, but after only two steps, she was surrounded by the survivors hiding around her.
They initially thought it was a zombie that had forced its way in, but it turned out to be a frail-looking girl who had broken in.
This discovery turned their fear into anger.
The survivors stared at Jiang Nian'an with their fiery eyes.
"Get out!"
"Go and lure away those zombies you've attracted!"
"Knowing there were people hiding inside, they still broke down the door, showing no regard for the safety of those people inside... How vicious!"
"That's right, at such a young age, you're so cruel and selfish. Why didn't those monsters kill you?"
Jiang Nian'an clicked her tongue impatiently and suddenly raised the cleaver in her hand.
"Stop babbling! If you keep babbling, I'll kill you all!"
The survivors were startled when they saw the blood-stained cleaver and instinctively took a step back.
They then realized that anyone who could escape from the zombies outside and force their way in couldn't possibly be a pushover.
"First of all, I didn't break the door. Secondly, you could have made it louder so they would get even more excited and ram it harder."
Once she was no longer the target of their pursuit, the zombies outside, driven by instinct, scattered and went off to find other living creatures.
But now they've returned because of the noise from these people.
The door started banging again.
The survivors quickly shut their mouths.
After a while, another survivor tried to speak.
Jiang Nian'an moved her wrist, pointing the knife at the man.
The survivor quickly covered his mouth.
Seeing that they were stunned, Jiang Nian'an ignored them and strode inside.
She was starving.
She turned off her flashlight and, in the darkness, took out a bag of bread and a bottle of water from her storage space.
Just as I was about to eat, a sound of breaking glass suddenly came from another entrance of the shopping mall.
By the light streaming in from the doorway, the survivors saw three people, supporting each other, rushing in through the door.
One survivor spat on the ground, "Damn it, three more Heart Poisons—"
'Bang'
Before he could finish speaking, the door was pushed down by a group of people following closely behind the three.
Then, a large number of zombies poured in.
"Damn it! Run!"
He grabbed his girlfriend's hand and ran upstairs without thinking.
