Shen Nanxing reluctantly pulled away from Jiang Nian'an's lips when she was almost out of breath, but still held her tightly.

Jiang Nian'an nestled in his arms to calm her breathing, and asked with a hint of reproach.

Shen Nanxing smiled and lowered his head, giving her a light peck on the lips before pulling her to sit down at the table.
He handed the chopsticks to Jiang Nian'an, then pushed the millet porridge, side dishes, and steamed buns in front of her. He then picked up an egg and slowly peeled it.
Jiang Nian'an, however, couldn't eat much. Her heart was in her throat as she tentatively asked, "What did Xiao Zhanzhan say to you?"
"Let's eat first~"
Shen Nanxing was still smiling as he brought the peeled egg to her lips.
Jiang Nian'an had no choice but to suppress her words and eat an egg from his hand.
Just as she was about to ask another question, Shen Nanxing put another steamed bun to her mouth, giving her no chance to continue asking.
Jiang Nian'an knew that Shen Nanxing wouldn't tell her if she didn't finish her breakfast properly.
"I'll eat it myself."
She simply picked up her chopsticks and focused on eating, but a sense of restlessness crept into her heart.
