Gu Hongwei led the way with an earthen shield, while Qiao Yuxue swung a vine to swat away the zombies that rushed at her.
Luo Pingping swung her shovel with all her might, trying to squeeze into Qiao Yuxue's protective circle.
A flash of ferocity crossed Qiao Yuxue's eyes, and she suddenly increased the amplitude of her swinging of the rattan cane.
With a 'smack', a whip struck Luo Pingping's face.
"Ah!" Luo Pingping screamed in agony.
From the left eyebrow tail to the chin, the skin was torn open and bleeding profusely.

"Hahaha, you little bitch, you didn't expect that, did you? I've practiced martial arts for three years, and I'm very alert. Someone like you thought you could ambush me? Humph!"
He pulled up the strap of the fallen supply bag, a smile of excitement on his face.
They were less than two meters away from breaking through the zombie encirclement.

Jiang Nian'an and the other three sat on the hillside, eating breakfast while looking down.

Jiang Nian'an tossed the empty can aside, her eyes crinkling with a smile, "Big brother, second brother, third brother, is this coffee good?"
Shen Nanxing nodded immediately, "The coffee An'an gave me is delicious."
"Delicious! It's refreshing and invigorating!" Yunfan crushed the can in his hand, beaming with excitement. "All my fatigue is gone! I'm fully recharged!"
“Me too,” Yunhua chimed in with a smile.
