"Yes! We can't miss these either."
After weighing the pros and cons, Zhang Hao decided to take everything.
Clothes are not the most important supplies, but we will definitely need them in the future.
Washing clothes is definitely out of the question; water is too precious.
These items are disposable. It would be too embarrassing if there were no clothes to wear when there were many people.
Furniture and department store items are also useful; establishing a base in the future will indeed save a lot of trouble.
So let's get started!
Upon reaching the sixth floor, one is greeted by a variety of furniture.
Genuine leather sofas, silk quilts, solid wood tables, chairs, beds, etc.
Each of these items would have cost a high price before the apocalypse, with some costing tens of thousands of dollars.
Needless to say, take them all.
Then I went down one floor and found all kinds of designer clothes, pants, and shoes.
I'm bursting with happiness! The joy of stocking up is captivating.
"It's about time we went," the raven reminded them.
"Okay, let's go."
Zhang Hao was just about to leave.
Then, in a moment of stunned silence, hundreds or even thousands of zombies attacked from the front.
"Holy crap! The zombies are back? And the sweep is over so quickly?"
"That's not right! Even after the sweep is over, the zombies will go to other crowded places, so why would they come back? Something's wrong! What do you think, Crow?"
Zhang Hao was shocked.
The raven on my shoulder is gone?
What happened?
Just as he was lost in thought, he suddenly felt dizzy.
The hundreds or thousands of zombies in front of them disappeared, and a raven's warning came from above.
"Those images are fake! They're a mental illusion!"
"Illusion?"
Zhang Hao looked up and stared intently.
Then I saw a raven and a parrot facing off at a distance.
Mutant parrot?
wrong!
It's a zombie parrot.
This parrot has black eyes and no feathers.
Its body was so decayed that you could see its bones, and it would scream from time to time, making it a truly terrifying creature.
Is this a zombie parrot, or a rare psychic?
Did they cast an illusion on me from a great distance?
If it weren't for the fact that Ya Ya was also a mental being and helped her break the illusion, she would have been in real danger.
"Ya Ya, why didn't you shoot him in the head?" Zhang Hao pressed.
"I can't get it. This zombie parrot is also level three. How can I get it?" Raven said innocently.
"Holy crap! A level three zombie?"
Zhang Hao was stunned.
This one is probably even more outrageous than the previous cleaver zombie, right?
If we wait seven days, won't we just become level four zombies?
no!
We have to take it down!!
Zhang Hao raised his hand and suddenly flicked it, sending the axe flying.
However, the opponent was also fast, easily dodging the axe with a flap of its wings.
The zombie parrot was squawking wildly.
"Can't hit you, can't hit you, just to annoy you~~"
"???"
Zhang Hao's blood pressure spiked again.
This guy is just as sharp-tongued as Ya Ya?
How could a raven stand this?
Only I can make Dad angry; it's not up to a little brat like you.
Raven's eyes widened, and he activated Mental Pierce.
Although it couldn't kill it instantly, it stunned the zombie crow for a second or two before it began to fall downwards.
"Great opportunity! Dad, beat him up!"
"They're here! Die!"
Zhang Hao spotted his target.
With another flick of his right hand, there was a cracking sound.
Black blood splattered as the axe chopped off the zombie parrot's head.
"You think you're so arrogant? Barbie Q's got what's coming to you now!"
Zhang Hao chuckled softly.
He picked up the battle axe and slung it behind his back, then skillfully extracted the crystal core.
A level three crystal core!
And it's a mental-type creature; we can have the raven eat it when we get back.
Who knows, there might even be a chance to learn a third skill.
After a short rest, Zhang Hao led Raven back the way they came.
Along the way, he witnessed all sorts of tragic scenes.
Hordes of zombies broke down doors and began to devour humans.
The awakened ones are alright, at least they still have some ability to resist, but ordinary people can only become food.
Some older women believe that zombies are similar to the zombies in movies and TV shows, wearing Taoist robes, holding copper coin swords, and shouting in a very imposing manner.
"Retreat! Retreat! Retreat!"
The next second, they were overwhelmed by zombies.
A few clever zombies let out a few mocking laughs, seemingly laughing at the human for being a complete idiot.
Zhang Hao shook his head, expressing his helplessness.
I don't know whether to call it commendable courage or just plain stupid.
Holding an umbrella in one hand and driving an electric scooter with the other.
Suddenly.
An anxious voice came from the walkie-talkie in his arms.
"Boss! Calling the boss!!"
"I am Fang Ping. There are several Awakened Ones ahead who have blocked the lane with a lot of vehicles, and electric cars can't get through!"
Zhang Hao raised an eyebrow: "Are there many of them? Why not just kill them and move the vehicle?"
"There aren't many of them, but they're holding hostages, mostly elderly people and children. If they make a move, things could get..."
What do they want?
"They wanted some supplies, ostensibly as toll fees."
Fang Ping's answer gave Zhang Hao a general understanding of the situation.
It seems like they're taking advantage of the situation.
Zhang Hao had seen many people like this in his past life.
Those elderly people and children may indeed be hostages, or they may be colluding with those people.
But in this situation, most people would either take direct action or back down and pay up to avoid further trouble.
Zhang Hao would definitely not choose the latter.
Zhang Hao then asked, "Are there many zombies around you?"
