Chapter 4 Lu Shiyan

Su Wan returned to the room.

Lin Zhong and Zhang Ma, those two greedy and cowardly people, are not to be feared for the time being. A little beating will keep them in line for a while. As for trust? Haha.

Right now, the real death warrant is the man who was imprisoned and tortured by the original owner—the protagonist of the novel, Lu Shiyan!

The future master of superpowers is currently in the sunlight-free cell next to the storage room.

On one side is the servant who may stab him in the back at any time, and on the other side is the future boss who hates him so much.

This is a hell of a start!

Su Wan opened the door and coldly ordered the two remaining maids and a gardener downstairs: "Guard the first floor, no one is allowed to move!"

The three of them shuddered with fear and responded in unison.

Su Wan stopped looking at them and ran straight to another secluded passage leading to the basement.

The corridor was dark, the wall lights were dim, and the smell of blood was faint.

The high heels tapped on the floor tiles with a "click, click, click" sound, and each hit hit her heart.

The last time the original owner "visited" Lu Shiyan was yesterday, and he brought a whip with him.

What is his current condition?

Su Wan reached into his trouser pocket and touched the cold military dagger.

Must go! Can't delay!

According to the original book, Lu Shiyan awakens his lightning ability tonight, and then the original owner Su Wan must die! It's not a very decent death!

Su Wan paused and her heart stopped beating.

It was afternoon now, and it would be dark in just a few hours! Her death was counting down by the minutes!

We must change the situation before he awakens! At least don't be as stupid as the original owner, rushing forward to give up his life when he is holding back his ultimate move!

That's not courting death, that's rushing to reincarnate!

Finally, a heavy, hideous metal door blocked the way. It was stronger than the door of the storage room, with only an observation window covered by a metal baffle and a keyhole under the door handle.

The key! The original owner hid it in the secret compartment of the bedroom dressing table!

She actually forgot to bring it!

Inside the door, there was a very slight sound of dragging a metal chain.

He's awake? And able to move?!

Su Wan tensed up instantly, pressed her back against the cold wall, and listened carefully with bated breath. There was no movement inside again, was it an illusion?

She turned immediately, rushed back to the bedroom, and went straight to the dressing table.

Inside the secret compartment, the brass key felt cold and heavy.

That's it!

When I returned to the metal door, the smell of blood in the air was even stronger.

Su Wan did not insert the key immediately, but moved closer to the observation window and used her fingertips to very slowly push the metal baffle open a little.

As the light shone in, a foul odor hit me in the face! The strong smell of rust mixed with the sour smell of sweat was so nauseating.

The cell was cramped and simple, with rough concrete walls and floors, and a filthy bucket in the corner.

In the center of the ground, there was a human figure curled up.

With his back to the door, his tattered shirt was soaked with dark red blood, and his black pants were full of stains and holes. His hands were locked with a heavy iron chain, and the other end was embedded in the wall.

As if he noticed a slight sound outside the door, the man trembled slightly and slowly turned his head.

The dim light outlined his profile.

An extremely handsome face with deep features, even though it was covered with blood and scars, it could not hide its sharpness.

But, those eyes...

When his eyes passed through the messy black hair and accurately caught the peeping behind the gap, Su Wan's blood froze instantly!

What kind of eyes are those?

Cold! Dead silence!

There is not a single bit of humanity, only crazy hatred and violent murderous intent that can burn everything!

With just one look, Su Wan was sure that once he escaped, the first person he would tear to pieces would definitely be her!

Kill him! This thought came to her mind like crazy! As long as he died, she would be safe! The villa was safe, waiting for Father Su to pick her up...

As soon as the thought came to my mind, my neck suddenly tightened, as if being strangled by an invisible hand! The feeling of suffocation instantly swept through my body!

What the hell?! The son of destiny can’t be killed?!

Cold sweat instantly soaked her back. She leaned against the cold metal door, breathing heavily, and her knuckles holding the key were blue and white.

What on earth did the original owner do? !
