With a loud bang, the wall collapsed, revealing a hidden passage. Xiao Yi rushed in without hesitation, with the guards behind him chasing closely.
At the end of the passage was a hidden laboratory filled with a variety of complex instruments and equipment, data on the screen constantly flashing, and strange lights flickering in the glass containers.
While Xiao Yi was alert to the guards who might be chasing him from behind, he quickly scanned everything in the laboratory. He found some documents and samples on the laboratory table, which seemed to be closely related to the mysterious organization's terrible plan.
At this moment, the footsteps were getting closer and closer, and Xiao Yi knew that a new battle was about to start again. Xiao Yi stepped into this hidden laboratory and his eyes were immediately attracted by the dazzling array of strange instruments inside.
In the center of the room stood a massive metal platform, upon which towered a strangely shaped device. Connected by a complex web of pipes and wiring, its core was a sphere emitting a faint blue light. Surrounding it were spiraling metal sheets that occasionally flashed with strange electrical currents.
On the shelves against the wall, there is a row of transparent glass containers filled with colorful liquids. Some unknown biological tissues are soaked in the liquids, which looks creepy.
On another table lay several unfinished weapon prototypes. One resembled a massive energy gun, its body thick and heavy, its parts scattered about, clearly still in the assembly stage. Another resembled a shield, its surface covered in spikes and runes, exuding a menacing aura.
In the corner stood a gigantic machine inlaid with countless gems and crystals. Connected to one side of the machine was a gigantic flywheel, which rotated continuously, making a dull roar.
The laboratory was surrounded by various oddly shaped tools and molds, and the walls were covered with complex drawings and calculation formulas. The entire laboratory was filled with a mysterious and dangerous atmosphere, which made people shudder. Xiao Yi walked eagerly to the computer in the laboratory, his fingers tapping rapidly on the keyboard, trying to crack the password and obtain the information.
After some tense attempts, the computer screen finally lit up, and a large amount of files and data appeared before him.
He first opened a folder labeled "Organization Core Confidential", which detailed the structure of the mysterious organization, the list of members, their backgrounds and expertise. Xiao Yi quickly browsed through it and memorized these key information.
Then, he found a document titled "The Ultimate Plan." Upon opening it, his pupils suddenly contracted. The document detailed every step of their sinister plan, from the extraction and utilization of crystal core energy, to the development and manufacture of weapons, and how to use these weapons to control the world and establish a new order.
The plan also included strategic deployments for various regions, strategies for dealing with possible resistance forces, and even a list of the targets they were going to attack and eliminate first.
The more Xiao Yi read, the more frightened he became. Beads of sweat appeared on his forehead. He continued to dig deeper into the information in the computer and found a series of experimental data and reports, which recorded in detail the process and results of their cruel experiments on people with special abilities, as well as the key discoveries about crystal core energy obtained from these experiments.
These materials gave Xiao Yi a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the conspiracy of the mysterious organization, and also made him more determined to stop them.
Xiao Yi quickly copied the key evidence from the computer to a portable storage device. Just as he completed this action, he heard a burst of hurried and heavy footsteps coming from outside.
Immediately afterwards, the door of the laboratory was flung open, and a group of masters from a mysterious organization rushed in. They all had stern faces, and their eyes revealed ferocity and determination.
The leading expert was tall and muscular, holding a pair of huge battle axes in his hands, and without saying a word, he chopped towards Xiao Yi. Xiao Yi dodged to the side, and the battle axes hit the ground, splashing sparks.
Another master held a long staff, muttering something, and instantly a black light shot out from the top of the staff, heading straight for Xiao Yi. Xiao Yi quickly raised his arm and used his supernatural power to form a shield, barely blocking the attack.
Afterwards, several masters launched attacks at the same time, some releasing fireballs, some shooting ice arrows, and the entire laboratory instantly fell into a chaotic energy storm.
Xiao Yi dodged left and right in this crazy attack, constantly fighting back. He concentrated his energy, gathered his supernatural powers in his palm, and swung it towards the enemy. A powerful force burst out, repelling several approaching masters.
But the enemies kept coming, their attacks became more and more fierce, not giving Xiao Yi any chance to breathe. Xiao Yi gritted his teeth, with only one thought in his mind: he must rush out with evidence and expose their conspiracy!
Under the siege of the masters of the mysterious organization, Xiao Yi's supernatural powers were gradually exhausted, his breathing became rapid, and each resistance seemed more and more difficult.
Sweat soaked his clothes and dripped down his cheeks, but his eyes remained firm. Facing the enemy's stormy attack, his movements began to slow down and many wounds appeared on his body.
However, the desire to survive and sense of mission in his heart burned even more vigorously. Taking advantage of the brief gap between the enemy's attacks, Xiao Yi used up his last bit of supernatural power, bursting out with a powerful force, repelling several masters in front of him and gaining a chance to escape.
He rushed towards the exit of the base desperately, with the enemies chasing him closely. During the escape, he kept dodging various obstacles and attacks.
