Chapter 161 Captain

"You have no idea how excited I am. It's been a long time. I've been looking for this lovely planet for many years." Captain James stretched out a plant silk handkerchief and touched the mucus flowing out of both sides of the tentacles.

He is a semi-processed alien.

"Can you cry too?" Professor Gu asked curiously, looking at the alien who was so emotional.

"Tears? No, I don't. Oh, you mean this?" Captain James pointed a slender finger at the slime on the edge of his head tentacles and explained, "I modified this specifically. Others don't have it. At least, our species doesn't shed tears with emotional fluctuations. Oh, and speaking of this, it's all because of Carly. Do you know Carly? She was the first Earthling I met. She taught me a lot of Earth knowledge, including this knowledge of crying. Carly cries when she's happy, sad, grief-stricken, and in pain."

Captain James shed tears of excitement as he spoke.

Xu Xuening, Luo Shaoan, and Gao, who were watching nearby, couldn't help but huddle together and ask in unison, "Do you think this alien is particularly emotional?"

"I think aliens are pretty cool. They have so many emotions! They must be easier to get along with and talk to."

"Don't you see a problem?"

"What's the problem?" Gao and Luo Shaoan asked at the same time.

"This alien talked about Earth. Who was the Earthling who taught him knowledge? What did he teach? And where is she?"

While they were discussing this, someone asked Captain James, "Where's that Carly you were talking about?"

"Oh, Carly!" James immediately burst into tears after hearing the earthling mention Carly's name.

"My Carly is old. After her genes could no longer replicate, I chose to place her here." As he said that, he reached out and took out a box that looked like a lipstick.

The delicate pink lipstick case was hung around Captain James' neck with a dark gold-colored black chain. Looking at the captain in front of him, he extended his right hand and carefully touched the lipstick, then looked over again.

"She said she wanted her ashes to be placed on Earth. What I carry with me are her ashes. Luckily, I placed them on my chest, otherwise she might have been lost in space."

James looked at the pink lipstick and said with relief. As he spoke, he kissed the lipstick hard.

"By the way, James, how did you get here?" Professor Yin seized the opportunity and asked James a question. Every scientist present was extremely excited, and they were almost rushing to ask questions.

James had already answered many questions, many of them related to his field of expertise. However, Professor Yin and Professor Gu showed no interest in such questions. They believed that any problem they understood, even if it couldn't be solved now, would be solved slowly over the next 50 years. If it couldn't be solved, then listening would be useless; it was definitely a problem beyond their comprehension.

Old Gu doesn't have such high expectations for things like human IQ.

"Oh, speaking of this, it's such a sad topic!" James talked about his experience of why he came to Earth.

"Actually, I've been searching for Earth for a long, long time. In the end, I thought the planet Carly mentioned might have been destroyed. Unexpectedly, after we ran out of energy, we had this unexpected opportunity to come here." When James mentioned this, he shouted repeatedly, "It must be Carly blessing us! It must be Carly's guidance!"

"It must be Carly!"

"The Captain is right!"

The other team members heard the captain calling Carly in their native language, and they nodded. It was because of the captain's call of Carly that brought them here.

"But, Captain, I have thought of a problem. It seems that we encountered an attack when we came here. Could it be the people from Earth?" One of them suddenly thought that when they came here, the energy was exhausted and the hibernation capsule was destroyed by someone.

"Earthlings? No, that's impossible. I just saw the instrument they used. It's a very ancient and primitive instrument. It's impossible that they are from Earth." Another team member had a good impression of Earthlings. After hearing what his companion said, he immediately told his observations.

"What you said does not have any definite evidence. I think we should observe the earthlings for a certain period of time before drawing any conclusions." Captain James said seriously.

"The Captain is right."

"Long Live the Captain"

"Captain Changqing!"

The remaining surviving team members nodded in agreement with the captain's decision.

They need to observe the Earthlings carefully, and after getting along with them, find out whether it was this group of Earthlings who attacked them.

"Captain, what if it's not?" The guy who had a good impression of the Earthlings suddenly asked curiously. "Are there any pirates around here?"

"The pirates are still on the move!"

"Pirates are mobile!"

Another one followed suit and shouted.

Hearing his companion's question, Captain James grew cautious. He pondered for a moment, "We need to make another preparation. If it's not the Earthlings who are attacking us, then there might be people from other planets posing a threat to us. Be careful to hide, and contact the people at the space headquarters as soon as possible."
