This huge dog is absolutely unprecedented in terms of its size.
That massive, flat head looked both familiar and unfamiliar. Layers of skin stretched across its pitch-black head, and sharp teeth bared from its black lips. Its mouth, brimming with a stench that threatened to suffocate anyone standing in front of it, was filled with a foul odor. The agile and ferocious dog, reeking of blood and viruses stained with countless zombies, remained untouched in the cramped space, providing some space for the people before it to hide.
"Does this dog look like a pit bull?"
Yu Fei dodged the dog's flying claws and spoke to Wei Zizhou beside him.
"Does your bulldog look like this?" Wei Zizhou was concentrating on the dog before him. It was a dog, and whether it was due to the zombie virus or its own nature, it seemed to be able to see and hear. In the moment between their conversations, it immediately pounced towards them, its mouth wide open.
"Damn, whose Shar-Pei is this? It's grown so big?" Han Xiaoxiao, who rushed up from behind, just walked to the door and saw the giant black dog madly attacking the four people present.
"Be careful, this dog can hear you." Wei Zizhou heard the voice of the young man Han Xiaoxiao and immediately spoke up to remind him.
However, it was too late. Han Xiaoxiao and her group were in the most open place, with no shelter around them. They were facing the dog that pounced on them like a tiger.
Seeing that the giant vicious dog was about to bite Han Xiaoxiao, a woman who rushed over from the side immediately pushed Han Xiaoxiao and others aside. The two people's bodies were only one centimeter away from the giant dog, and they just passed by.
Ning Hong rolled to the ground with Han Xiaoxiao, and soon took him to a corner before they stopped.
As soon as they hid in the corner, the big black dog's head came over and a strong stench of decay hit them in the face.
"Step back a little." Ning Hong pulled Han Xiaoxiao and said immediately.
Both of their bodies were almost pressed against the wall behind them, with no way to retreat.
But the big dog seemed unwilling to let them go. After a whole day of fighting, it was originally planning to catch the two humans upstairs who had fallen from the sky, but before it could bite them, it was shot several times.
The angry big dog had just attacked the two humans when several people who appeared later entered its snack range.
Han Xiaoxiao leaned against Ning Hong, his ear accidentally touching Ning Hong's chest. In addition to hearing the woman's pounding heartbeat, he also blushed.
At this moment, Han Xiaoxiao could only hear his own heartbeating in his mind. Oh, he might be in love!
Ning Hong held the boy in her arms, one arm around him, the other rubbing the dagger on the inside of her thigh. Just now, when she came down from above, she had run out of bullets.
All those bullets hadn't killed the giant, vicious dog, and now, she was relying on a dagger... Ning Hong smiled bitterly at the thought. If she could get into the fish's belly like Jonah, she might have a chance to tear the dog apart from the inside with the dagger. But she didn't know if she had a chance of survival before she got inside. The greater possibility was that she would be torn into dozens of pieces before she even got in.
However, this was no longer the time for Ning Hong to choose how she died. If she could, she'd probably immediately resort to euthanasia, giving herself an injection, regardless of whether it was legal or humanitarian. Even jumping off a building would probably... No, she wasn't that desperate to "suicide." If that were the case, she'd rather stab that stinky dog before she died, buying time for her companions to escape.
Time passes by second by second, faster than any shuttle.
She didn't need to look through the sand to know that it was only a matter of time before she and the boy met their end. Perhaps, in the next second.
When Han Xiaoxiao was fantasizing about her hazy love, she was hugged by the older sister behind her, and the distance between them became closer. Now their contact area was getting larger and larger.
Just when the young man was distracted, a sharp dagger was placed in front of Han Xiaoxiao's nose.
Han Xiaoxiao was so scared that she broke out in a cold sweat, "Sister, I didn't do anything!"
"Pfft," Ning Hong laughed when she heard the child she was hugging say that. Soon she looked seriously at the big dog that kept charging at her, "Don't worry, brother. I'll rush over and give it a knife. You just act according to the situation and run quickly."
"good!"
When Han Xiaoxiao heard Ning Hong say this, she immediately nodded.
He didn't think too much, and then he heard Ning Hong yelling, "Run!"
Han Xiaoxiao didn't think twice and immediately slid through the gap under the dog's head. He knelt down to cushion the impact and ran behind the dog.
“Bang, bang, bang…”
Continuous gunshots brushed past his ears, and before he could turn around, Sister Xue Ning pulled him to the side.
"Miss?" Han Xiaoxiao looked at the big dog still biting the place where they had just hidden.
"Save her..." Before Han Xiaoxiao could finish her words, Xu Xuening rushed over.
She squeezed in from the gap between the dog's side and the wall. At this tricky angle, only Han Xiaoxiao saw that Xu Xuening's body was once again covered with a green, transparent fluorescent film, as if it was a protective layer protecting her.
"Ning Hong!"
