They are not very intelligent, but their leader is. He doesn't know how to defeat you one by one. When a horde of zombies comes, even the strongest zombie will have to flee in panic.
As the dog attracted wave after wave of zombie corpses, more and more of them gathered on the ground, and Xu Xing led them together to form a small pyramid.
The dark red blood of the corpses slowly gathered together and flowed into the nearby Xuanwu Lake. Various unknown creatures in the lake began to stir, and every now and then several large fish leaped out of the water.
Finally, only the last wave was left. This time, the dog simply used its normal barking to attract attention, and the sound spread over a wide area.
Soon after, a large wave of zombies of various shapes and sizes roared and charged over. Among them were many level two zombies. At the very back, there was even a giant zombie, nearly three meters tall, holding a fork for spearing fish.
This one is the one that Xu Xing is paying close attention to; he noticed its prominent presence as soon as he arrived.

Xu Xing called out in a low voice.

Besides the core members, Xu Xing doesn't mind losing one or two survivors, as it can serve as a warning.
Soldiers against soldiers, generals against generals; the few level-two zombies at the front were dealt with by Gouzi and Wang Lei.
Xu Xing took the lead, leaping over the entire small horde of zombies, and reached the very back, where he confronted the giant zombie.
This zombie's energy level was clearly at the mid-stage of level three. Apart from a pair of highly elastic shorts covering its body, the zombie's original clothes had long since been stretched to burst open, revealing Fang Jiwei's extremely robust skin.
It must be said that, according to human aesthetics, this zombie is definitely a bodybuilding champion. Its height of nearly three meters is like that of a giant beast, completely surpassing the size of all normal humans.
Apart from the numerous bulging veins on his back and a small area of rot, the rest of his skin was no different from normal skin, with a color between blue and bronze.
This zombie had developed a tiny bit of intelligence. Its eyes, as it looked at Xu Xing, were filled with greed, much like the eyes of the monsters in Journey to the West when they looked at Tang Sanzang.
But Xu Xing is not Tang Sanzang; if we were to make an analogy, he would be Sun Wukong.
"Come on, you big oaf, your crystal core will be another boost to my breaking through the fourth level shackles."
As if understanding what he was saying, the zombie brandished its harpoon and hurled it fiercely at Xu Xing.
The zombies' immense strength caused the harpoons to move like giant crossbows from ancient times, moving at incredible speeds and even crackling as they rubbed against the air.
In the blink of an eye, they were already right in front of me.
Xu Xing was somewhat surprised that this zombie could use weapons in this way. Fortunately, his reaction speed was better, and he had already taken a step forward before the harpoon fell.
After landing, the harpoon continued its momentum, even penetrating half a meter into the ground.
Xu Xing took out a Tang sword this time. Judging from the patterns on it, it was forged from Damascus steel and reflected a silvery luster under the sun.

Xu Xing suddenly sprang up, passing through the zombie's crotch, stepping on its Achilles tendon, and reached its shoulder.
Then, turning his palm into a fist, he seized the opportunity when the giant zombie turned around and delivered a powerful punch to its neck, instantly denting a section of it.
With his other hand, he held the Tang sword under the zombie's armpit.
The immense force caused the zombie to stagger, but it did not fall. It struggled to tear Xu Xing off.
Xu Xing curled his lips into a smile, then flipped his body over, his legs clamping down on the zombie's thick neck like a pair of pincers, as the zombie tightened its grip with its hands.
He actually rotated his neck ninety degrees, and two cracking sounds were heard, clearly indicating that the internal bones had broken.
Even worse, the Tang sword that was originally tucked under the zombie's armpit was also sliced off along with it. Before the zombie could even react, its muscular left arm was severed off.
Xu Xing was overjoyed at the sight of the situation. He unleashed his fist, as big as a sandbag, relentlessly striking the neck where it was about to break.
However, this giant zombie was too strong. Even with such injuries, it did not fall down and still tried to attack with its other hand.
To avoid any further complications, and seeing that the zombie was still alive, Xu Xing took his Tang sword and slashed across the zombie's already badly injured neck.
The Damascus steel made a grinding sound against the skin, but it was still harder than the Tang sword. After a few slashes, the head, the size of a washbasin, rolled to the side of the road.
The nearly 500-pound body crashed down, kicking up a cloud of dust.
The blood flowing from this zombie had become somewhat similar to that of a human, turning a bright red color. When drops of blood were splashed onto the surrounding vegetation, they produced a corrosive black smoke.
However, the internal organs and bones have long since changed compared to humans, and have differentiated into two races.
"Sigh," Xu Xing sighed softly.
