Chapter 3 Hearing the Truth

By the time I finished the work at hand, almost an hour had passed since I usually set out for the Nan family villa.

Nan Muran didn't care at all. What the family of five wanted to do today was very important, and they should be patient enough to wait for her.

Before going out, Nan Muran called a cleaning company to come and clean the bedroom.

When she went downstairs, she found that it was already dark. On the way back to the Nan family villa, Nan Muran suddenly realized that the villa where the Nan family currently lived was still under her name.

The security guard who provided perfect service politely opened the door for Nan Muran and drove directly into the villa area. Not far from the Nan family villa, Xiao Liu, who had been resting on his wrist, suddenly raised his head and touched her hand slightly.

Xiao Liu, a level seven mutant, can understand human nature and communicate with plants and trees within a radius of fifteen miles. He also knew the people from the Nan family before.

Therefore, Nan Muran instantly understood that something was happening at the Nan family villa.

I parked the car directly by the roadside, looked around, and walked along the sidewalk to the back of the Nan family villa.

Concentrate your mental strength and successfully open the back door.

Tank, who had just had a full meal, saw a figure coming in. He subconsciously wanted to speak to alert the people in the room, but then he heard a familiar command: "Tank, stop."

Tank was obviously very happy when he heard the familiar voice. He stood up quickly and sat down obediently.

Tank is a purebred German Shepherd raised by Nan Muran. When she saw him again after more than four years, Nan Muran went up to him and hugged him tightly, her voice choking with sobs: "Tank, long time no see, I missed you."

In his previous life, in the first year of the apocalypse, Tank died at the hands of mutated plants in order to protect himself.

The most hateful thing was that those people from the Nan family dug out its corpse and ate it behind his back.

It was not until she was finally abandoned because she was of no use that she heard about this matter from Nan Muting. At that time, she was so angry that she vomited blood, but in the end she was unable to avenge Tank and herself.

Tank, who was being held, seemed to sense his owner's sadness and began to whimper.

Nan Muran held Tank's head and lowered her voice: "You know my car, right?"

Hearing her words, Tank tilted his head and blinked, and the big mastiff actually showed some cuteness. But Nan Muran knew that it understood.

"After I open the tow rope, don't make any noise, go around along the path, open the car door yourself, get in the car and wait for me, okay?" Nan Muran didn't intend to tell the Nan family that she had taken the tank away, to avoid any gossip.

Because she lived in a high-rise apartment and in a restricted area within the ring road, she couldn't get a dog license. So in order to allow Tank to move around, she left it in the villa area.

She used to naively think that her family would treat Tank well, but now she understood that they were so calculating towards her, so how could they be good to their own dog?

After Tank understood, his eyes lit up. Was his master going to take him away from these bad guys?

It was not until it was freed from the restraints that it realized that everything was real. After licking its owner's hand, it ran towards the path without looking back.

Seeing that the direction it left was correct, Nan Muran stood up and approached the back door of the villa.

Suddenly, a woman's suppressed cry and a man's heavy breathing came into her ears, and Nan Muran stopped in surprise. After a simple analysis, she realized that the sound came from her room on the first floor of the villa.

After taking a few steps towards the room, the sound became clearer.

"You can't talk to your brother like that, I won't be able to help but scream." It was Nan Muching's voice. Although it was a rejection, the voice was sticky and charming.

"Then go ahead and scream. Your screams are the most beautiful." Nan Muran was very familiar with this man's voice. It was her fiancé Qi Li.

Nan Muting complained in a delicate voice: "The people in the living room outside are all my family members."

"It's not like they don't know about our business. Why's the point in trying to cover up the truth?" Qi Li didn't care.

Nan Muran, who was standing outside, was stunned. These two people had gotten together so early, and she was the only one who was kept in the dark. Then why did the Nan family never mention the Qi family in the previous life? Is there some hidden story?

Immediately afterwards, the sound of clothes being torn was heard. Nan Muting suppressed her panting and said with a somewhat aggrieved tone: "You are Xiaoran's fiancé, why don't you go find her? You always torture me like this..."

"Shut up and don't mention her at this time." Qi Li's unfriendly tone was accompanied by a crisp sound.

I can't believe that Qi Li, who is so gentle, serious and refined all day long, can be so dissolute and a scum.

Following a woman's cry and the sound of a body falling heavily on the bed, all kinds of ambiguous sounds began to be heard one after another.

If it was Nan Muran who had not experienced the end of the world, and found out that she was betrayed by the person she trusted the most, she would definitely burst into tears and be in so much pain that she would be unable to control herself.

But now, apart from feeling nauseous, Nan Muran felt nothing in her heart.

However, because these two people were doing that kind of thing in their own room, I still felt disgusted and a little uncomfortable.

I couldn't help but think that I absolutely couldn't keep this villa and should just sell it.

Directly near the back door, the sounds from the living room can be clearly heard here.

"Why hasn't that damn girl come back yet? She made our whole family wait here for her. She really thinks she is a rich lady." A sharp female voice sounded from the living room. You didn't need to look to know how mean the expression on her face was.

This was the voice of her aunt, and Nan Muran smiled sarcastically.

If Xiao Liu hadn't reminded me in advance, I would never have seen this side of her today.

Thinking of her sarcasm at the end of the world, and how they sent her to someone else's bed just for her stuttering, and finally used her to the extreme, Nan Muran's mental power became uncontrollably active, but she found that there was no movement in the villa.
