Where are they?
Xia Yuhe was the first to react and said.
"I think I just saw a black car take them away, is that true?"
"It seems real. What's going on? Whose car is that?"
"I don't know, what exactly happened?"
"Could it be..."
Tang Xiaoting seemed to have realized what was happening.
"What could it be? Tell me!"
Everyone looked at Tang Xiaoting and asked.
"Could they have been kidnapped?!"
Tang Xiaoting guessed.
"Kidnapped? No way, who would kidnap them?"
"Someone dares to mess with Brother Lei's woman? They're asking for trouble!"
"Sister Xiaoting is right, look!"
Xia Yuhe had already replayed the surveillance footage to the scene from earlier, and it was clear that Chen Xueer and Sarah had been abducted into the car.
"Who is this person?"
"Oh my god, what should we do?"
"Could it be someone from the Zheng family?"
Zhao Meili's words reminded everyone.
"Yeah, Brother Lei didn't give them the supplies last time, he must be holding a grudge!"
"We shouldn't have let that kid go back; now we're in big trouble!"
"By the way, that Garfield cat was definitely released on purpose by them to lure us out!"
"It seems that's indeed the case; we've fallen for their trap."
After some discussion, everyone finally understood that the Garfield cat that appeared out of nowhere was not a coincidence at all, but was all premeditated.
"So what do we do next?"
Xia Yuhe asked the crucial question.
"Quickly notify Brother Lei, there's nothing we can do!"
"But didn't we just try? The satellite phone just won't connect!"
"Keep trying, even if you can't get through, until you do."
"Yes, until it's cleared."
Xia Yuhe sat down and kept dialing Ye Lei's satellite phone number.
"Wait a minute, since they're the kidnappers, they must have left something behind, right?"
Tang Xiaoting seemed to be thinking more deeply about it.
"Yes, they must want supplies, that's why they kidnapped people."
"Shouldn't we go out and take a look?"
"Are we going out again? What if they kidnap us again?"
Xia Yuhe was a little scared.
"We definitely have to get out, otherwise, how can we rescue them?"
Zhao Meili said affirmatively.
"Yes, we have to go out and take a look. This time, we'll all go out together, bring all our weapons, and fire at the slightest sign of trouble."
Tang Xiaoting has made her decision.
"Yes, let's go out together. Xia Yuhe, you stay here and watch the surveillance footage. If there's any movement, let us know immediately. Remember, keep calling Brother Lei!"

Xia Yuhe was already heavily pregnant, so it wasn't appropriate for her to go out.
So, the remaining people, led by Tang Xiaoting, walked towards the entrance of the shelter, each carrying a pistol or a submachine gun. When they opened the door, it was eerily quiet outside; there wasn't a sound.
"Walk!"
Tang Xiaoting said in a low voice.
The others cooperated by remaining quiet and following Tang Xiaoting out of the shelter. They carefully observed their surroundings, gripping their weapons tightly, ready to deal with any potential dangers.
The group began to move forward, each person fully focused and not daring to relax for a moment. They crossed the open space in front of the shelter and headed toward their distant goal. Along the way, they remained vigilant and kept an eye on their surroundings.
When they arrived at the spot where the black car had left, Tang Xiaoting suddenly noticed an envelope on the ground. A look of surprise flashed in her eyes, and she immediately quickened her pace, running over in two steps to pick it up.
"We'll go back right away."
Tang Xiaoting said seriously.
The entire team quickly turned around and returned the way they came.
Their footsteps remained light and silent, yet their hearts were filled with anticipation and nervousness. What was inside that envelope? Hope or despair?
Tang Xiaoting gripped the envelope tightly, her mind racing with thoughts. She knew that everything that followed would depend on the contents of this small envelope.
Back at the shelter, Tang Xiaoting quickly opened the envelope, only to find a printed map with just a few words written on it: "If you want to save people, bring supplies here!" The arrow pointed to a circled area.
"Just as I thought!"
Seeing this, everyone understood that it was that kid from the Zheng family who wanted to use hostages to exchange for supplies. This was truly a flawless and astonishing plan!
At that moment, inside the black sedan, Chen Xueer and Sarah were sandwiched in the middle, their eyes blindfolded and their hands tied behind their backs, yet they were still struggling.
"Who exactly are you people? What do you want?"
Chen Xueer shouted sternly.
"Save your energy, it's useless. We don't want to do anything, we just want to exchange it for some food!"
Zheng Kai said smugly, feeling pleased with the success of the plan.
"You are...right, you are the Zheng family!"
Sarah reacted faster.
"You're pretty smart. No wonder Ye Lei took a liking to you guys."
"I'm telling you, you'd better release us right now, or if Brother Lei finds out, you'll be sentenced to death!"
Chen Xueer wanted to use Ye Lei to make some threats.
"Brother Lei? You're calling him that quite affectionately. I bet he doesn't know yet that you've already been taken away, does he?"
