Upon reaching the second floor, Ye Lei arrived at the fruit, cooked food, and fresh meat sections. The situation there was quite dire; he saw several zombies burying their heads in the cooked food, crunching loudly as they ate. Ye Lei surmised that all the food here was contaminated.
The ground was covered with all kinds of fruit, which made Ye Lei exclaim that it was a pity. He usually couldn't bear to eat many of these fruits, and now they were all being wasted.
Finally, Ye Lei had no choice but to select some fruits that looked relatively intact and put them away, since those girls probably couldn't survive a day without fruit.
Upon reaching the fresh meat section, Ye Lei was taken aback. A large quantity of fresh meat was stored in freezers, but the foolish zombies didn't know how to open them and were simply gnawing on the top of the freezers.
Ye Lei unceremoniously put the freezer and the fresh meat inside into his space. After all, the hot weather was coming soon, and a freezer was an essential item!
The poor zombie suddenly realized that what it was eating was gone. It was stunned for three seconds before it noticed Ye Lei behind it. It turned out there was a human here. This tasted even better.
It pounced straight at him, but Ye Lei didn't even bother to look at it. He immediately activated his freezing ability, and the zombie instantly turned into an ice sculpture.
Ye Lei kicked it, and it scattered all over the ground. This is good; no yellow water came out, so it didn't pollute the environment. This is another contribution to environmental protection.
Go up to the third floor, which is the clothing section. Shops of all sizes are filled with all kinds of the latest fashions. This place seems to be unpolluted, probably because the people here fled after the apocalypse!
Many of the most expensive luxury items were things that Ye Lei wouldn't have dared to ask about in the past, for fear that the shop assistants would find out he couldn't afford them and look down on him.
Now it's different. Everything is free, completely free. If you don't want to take it, you might as well buy it. Ye Lei didn't hesitate to take everything into the space.
Suddenly, a sound came from a fitting room in a shop. Could there be someone in there? Ye Lei thought to himself as he slowly approached.
However, he was also worried that zombies might be hiding inside eating, so he didn't dare to be careless. After all, the enemy was in the dark while he was in the light, so it was best to be cautious.
Ye Lei walked to the door of the fitting room and knocked gently. It immediately went quiet inside. He was sure it was a person, not a zombie, otherwise they would have rushed out.
He knocked again, "thump thump thump...", with more force.
"who?"
A man's voice came from inside.
Who is this? Why does this voice sound so familiar? Ye Lei wondered to himself as he slowly opened the door.
But it wouldn't budge. It looks like the person locked the door from the inside, probably because they were worried about zombies!
"Open the door! Open the door!"
Ye Lei shouted loudly.
Who are you?
"You'll know who I am once you open the door. I'm not a zombie anyway."

The fitting room door slowly opened, and Ye Lei finally saw clearly. No wonder the voice sounded so familiar; wasn't this Liu Haoran from the same dormitory?
"Ye Lei, what are you doing here?"
Liu Haoran also recognized Ye Lei.
Ye Lei clearly remembered how arrogant this guy was when he returned to the dormitory yesterday.
Waving his phone around, he shouted, "Guess who I got to meet up with?"
"You change girlfriends every day, who knows!"
"This time is different, I got a date with Xia Yuhe, one of the four most beautiful girls in the school!"

Liu Haoran showed his roommates his chat history with Xia Yuhe, revealing that he had agreed to accompany her to the mall to buy clothes, which explained his presence there.
"Liu Haoran, what are you doing here? Weren't you with your goddess Xia Yuhe?"

"What? Did your crush dump you?"
After witnessing what Chen Xueer had done, he gained a deeper understanding of these so-called school beauties.
"No, I was just accompanying her to buy clothes. We were trying them on when the apocalypse hit, and everyone ran away!"
"You mean Xia Yuhe ran away too?"
"I don't know, there were so many people there, we got separated."
"Then why don't you run away?"
Ye Lei asked.
"I'm not running away! There are zombies everywhere outside. If I run out, I'll just get bitten to death!"
Liu Haoran is quite smart.
"But we can't just keep hiding here, can we?"
"Put that aside for now, what are you doing here?"
"Oh, me? I work part-time for a delivery company, and I just happened to be here to deliver goods."
After Ye Lei finished speaking, he adjusted his errand-running uniform.

Ye Lei then remembered that the rescue system was for him to rescue females, and males didn't seem to be of much use to him!
What should we do? We're in the same dorm, after all. We can't just abandon him and leave him alone, can we? Maybe we should give it a try first!

Liu Haoran noticed that Ye Lei seemed a bit dazed.

"How about you give me your electric scooter key, I'll go back to school and get help, then come and rescue you, okay?"

"Yeah, let's hide!"
Ye Lei deliberately feigned panic as the Ripper drew ever closer.
"Ye Lei, you'd better find another fitting room quickly, there's no room for two people to hide in here."
After Liu Haoran finished speaking, he was about to close the door.
"Liu Haoran, wait! It's too late! Let's squeeze in, shall we?"
"No, you'd better run!"
It's obvious that Liu Haoran wanted Ye Lei to run away so that the zombies would be attracted away. Maybe Xia Yuhe was driven away in the same way. He finally understood.

"Liu Haoran, save me! You can't just leave me like this and abandon me!"
Ye Lei pounded on the fitting room door, laughing to himself.
"Ye Lei, run! You'd better run or it'll be too late!"
"Then I'm running away! You hide inside!"
Ye Lei was too lazy to play along with him, so he walked to the shop entrance and waited to see what would happen.
