He immediately picked up the phone and dialed Lu Qi's office.
"Second brother, is there any news about Pei Ting?"
Lu Qi's voice was tired.
"Not yet. I'm going to send someone to S City to look for him. His last stop was in S City."
"Then leave this to me. I happen to be going to S City."
Lu Qi was naturally delighted with Lu Chen's suggestion; he knew his younger brother's capabilities best.
What are you going to S City for?
"I need to take care of something."
Lu Qi didn't ask any more questions, but instead asked:
Are you at home? When are you leaving?
Lu Chen raised his hand and glanced at the watch on his wrist.
"It's too late today, let's do it first thing tomorrow morning."
"Okay, I'll go back later and give you Pei Ting's agent and assistant's information. His agent is from S City, so you might need it later."
"Okay, you go ahead and get busy."
Lu Qi hung up the phone in his office, and the next second someone knocked on the door and walked in carrying a stack of documents.
"Minister, this is the broadcast transcript for the second announcement. Please review and sign it."
Lu Qi, who had been somewhat tired, instantly perked up, pushed up his glasses, and reached out his hand, saying:
"Let me take a look."
After receiving it, he buried himself in reading it carefully, word by word, and nodded in satisfaction after finishing.
"Can."
I quickly signed it and handed it over.
"Put the others on the table first, and send this over so they can start broadcasting now."
"Yes, Minister Lu."
The young man accepted it respectfully, not daring to delay, and jogged out of the office.
