Just as Vulture was praising Ali for his cooking talent, several cars sped by on the road.
The lead vehicle was a white sedan, its front end riddled with dents and potholes, and it was driving in a winding, zigzag pattern.
The three vehicles behind included a black sedan and a silver minivan... with varying configurations.
It was obvious that all these cars were chasing the white car.
The members of Zhan Yi all looked up. They thought the car was just passing by, but unexpectedly, the white car saw that there were people in this direction and drove towards them.
A screeching sound of brakes followed...
A young man staggered out of the driver's seat; he was wearing a white down jacket and a woolen hat.
He called out to Li Xin'er and the others for help.
"Help me! They're trying to arrest me!"
Without Li Xin'er's orders, none of the Zhan Yi members dared to make a move.
Just as the young man was about to approach Li Xin'er and the others, three cars followed closely behind.
A dozen burly men got out of the car, each carrying a weapon.

As the three sides faced each other, the people chasing behind them all glanced at Li Xin'er and her group, secretly assessing their situation.
